職員服務很好，親切有禮 地理位置優越，床很舒服 房間剛進來時有一股重味道，我們成功克服了 廁所窗中間十字是透視的對外面，我們只好用毛巾遮擋住

Easy to get to, beds were nice, staff were friendly, close accessible distance to the city centre. The room had problems. There is a screen in front of the windows, which was jammed at one end so one window couldn't be accessed, which is a problem when the room was like a furnace (even in mid-october). Water pressure in the shower and the taps was very weak one of our nights and interrupted taking a shower on the second night. The soap and shower gel were in dispensers on the wall were the same gel, with no shampoo. The toilet seat was old and had a damaged wear and tear as if something scraped off it. Poor ventilation in the bathroom, and again you can't open both windows of the room so it gets humid.

This hotel is well overpriced for the condition of the place. From the appearance of the outside to the condition of the room this hotel really does need refurbishing. The walls need replastering, bathroom tiles are dirty with missing grout. Paint work is second rate. Dowdy

I was cautious when booking as recent reviews were so bad. However, I took a chance as it was for one night and the location was perfect for me. I had a good experience with this hotel. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, day and night staff. Great location with cafés, restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. I had a good size room with a large bathroom (with a bath). The decor is dated, but bedroom was spotless, the bed was clean and comfy and felt very safe as the door had a double lock. The bathroom a little "scruffy", but no mould or insects and yes, you could hear my "neighbours" up chatting late in the night. Overall a pleasant experience.

Good hotel, good bedrooms, great location, 5 minutes walking to centre, around restaurants, cafes and pubs. Exclusive residents bar. Friendly and helpfull staff. Free car parking to the residents, beside the hotel. Terracy to smokers.
