Premier Inn Cork City Centre

Great location next to the river in the City centre. Quiet spacious room with great mattress for a good night's sleep. Extensive choice for breakfast to set you up for the day's exploring. Helpful staff and a good arrangement with nearby carpark.

I didn't actually stay but would like to express my horrible experience trying to use the easy cancellation service. Was due to stay tomorow night with my son who was to have a medical procedure done in Mercy .Do you think I could use the easy cancellation not a bit. No phone number for Ireland spent 35 mins on hold for UK number. God knows how much my mobile bill will cost .

Had a lovely star, room spot on, size and cleanliness. Jonathan who checked us in and out so friendly and helpful. Had breakfast both mornings lots of choice and Malcolm was so friendly and super helpful to us too. Would recommend great location for the city centre will definitely be returning.

Two beautiful places. Buses are fantastic for getting to different destinations, run to a good time table.People are pleasant and helpful.we loved Cork and will definitely be going back..

Great hotel for accessible location to local attractions. Very walkable area as well. Staff is friendly and visible when needed. The rooms are very comfortable, plenty if storage in the double room with a great view of the River Lee. There is no room service but you can order from the hotel restaurant and bring to your room. Good meal deals as well from the restaurant. The bathroom had a wonderful deep tub for relaxing after a day of walking. The rooms do not have a fridge or microwave, so if you need to keep things cold or reheat you need other options. The rooms and hotel itself were very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fresh water and lemon water in the lobby to fill your water bottles with for the day or as a refresh upon your return. It's generally a safe area and elevators and floors are unlocked by your keyboard. It was quiet in the room areas and the lobby in the evening with a small bar was encouraging to relax and mingle in.

On booking hotel it says you have to park in the Q Park carpark. And the hotel will validate your ticket. So we did and walked for 12 minutes with luggage and a toddler. Checked in fine. Got to the room no water in room or iron. Very small room. Could not open a window. Left to go visit friends and they could not validate the ticket. Cost €12. On arrival back to hotel we went to the bat for sole drinks. It was very cold. Breakfast was good. When checking out went to validate the caroark ticket again and the said they could not do it. We said you could not do it last night either. He bluntly said I don't remember that. And handed back the ticket. No apologies and very ignorant. That over night caroark cost €38. Where they said they will validate it and it would only be €6.50. Won't be returning.

Room was lovely and clean, staff were excellent! Couldn’t find a fault if I tried. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Myself and my husband booked the hotel as our daughter was having major surgery in a nearby hospital. She was discharged a day earlier than we expected and we were still booked into the hotel. I explained the situation at reception and they very kindly made up an extra bed in our room and booked her in for breakfast the next morning. Our room was lovely and clean with Bayliss and Harding toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good with a huge selection of continental and cooked cuisine. It would be nice to see white pudding at breakfast if possible. All in all we had a very comfortable, welcoming stay. The room was fantastic value for money for a city centre hotel. We will definitely return
