NASTY, DIRTY, THE FAT GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WANRE TO RUN MY CARD 2WICE AT MIDNIGHT WHEN WE CHRCKED LATE. WHEN I SHOWED HIK MY ONLINE CONFIRMATION HE DID NOT WANT (PROBABLY BECIASE HE CANT READ) THEN THREATENED VOILENCE AGAINST ME AND MY CHILD. WE ARE CURRENTLY IN LITIGATION PENDING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS HOTEL AND THEIR MANAGEMENT HAS REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ANYONE

We had a great stay! But, by me having a walking disability, the elevator being down while I was on the 2nd floor was a real bummer. Other than that, a good stay with a pleasant staff.

The staff were nice. I did not like the non access to the side door and the elevator doesn’t work. The pool access card has to be shared between others in the building.The pool and the pool area wasn’t clean.My room lamp light kept flashing so I had to use to light by the nightstand. So good luck too you!

Where I arrived to the property I could not believe it

Unsettling Trip at Comfort Inn behind Costco
When we checked into the room the elevators were down and we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. When we went into the room we only had 2 face towels and when I went to the desk to ask for 2 more because were a family of 4 the manager said they don’t have any there was hair in the shower that didn’t not belong to anyone in my family there was hair in my breakfast that I made down stairs there was a snail climbing on the wall. I just wasn’t impressed at check out the manager didn’t ask us how was our stay he was watching tv just very unprofessional. I will not be back

Construction started at 5AM right on top of my room. I went to talk to front desk and was offered no help or a change a room or discount.
