We stay here as it very convenient for the Tunnel. Always clean and welcoming with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are functional if not overly large but certainly suitable for a short stay. Within an easy walk of Cite Europe. Recommended.

The staff were very polite and very accommodating. The rooms were VERY clean and do allow dogs to say for an extra €7. Very spacious rooms. The shower and toilet are clean. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Very close to restaurants and shops. But the restaurant in the hotel is brilliant too. They allow dogs in, in a part of the restaurant. We had pizzas they were amazing!! Don’t hesitate to book

We’ve stayed here on our visits to France for many years as an Ibis hotel and more recently a B&B hotel. It’s a convenient location to break our journey as we travel from Yorkshire - we prefer to cross into France in the early evening when the passport queues are non-existent. While there are plenty of places to eat nearby we’ve usually enjoyed a meal at the hotel - steak, chips and garlicky green beans - it wasn’t gourmet but was enjoyable all the same. But times change and on our return journey this week the menu has switched to expensive 'ready meals' & what seemed like frozen pizza. Although we’ll continue to stay here - we won’t be eating here again in the evenings. That said the staff are absolutely lovely and the breakfast is still good. It’s basic, clean and comfortable accommodation with a secure car park and easy access to the motorway and tunnel. The rooms we stayed in this time have been updated - with new decor, tv's and kettle. So my recommendation is stay here as it's good value, enjoy a beer in the bar - but nip over the road to Cite Europe for dinner.

Used to like this hotel for its location and reasonably good service but since it was taken over by B&B the quality has gone down. Rooms are basic. The evening I had dinner at the restaurant I was the only person there. In the past it was much busier and lively. Sorry but I won't stay there again.

All flights had been cancelled due to the flight plan glitch and no rebooking was available for 5 days. So, wearily the 5 friends drove all day from Nice to Calais with a view to getting a ferry home… on arrival at Calais we needed assistance ( I shan’t enlighten what) but the border police and general police could not help… another hotel wouldn’t, it was late, places were closing… so we stopped at B&B Calais 3, expecting the same negative reception…. But no, behold, not all heroes where capes! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to David, who was on reception… nothing was a problem. He stepped up and demonstrated kindness, courtesy and understanding to some very tired British people. Your management should be very proud of you and I certainly recommend anyone visiting should stop and saying hello to this lovely gentleman .

Stayed here twice now, once before an early train to the UK and once after a late train from the UK before a long drive south. We are a family of 4 and their family rooms are excellent, spacious, comfy beds. This trip we had breakfast which is very good, we didn’t pre-book which was good as they only charged the child price for our 16 yr old who gets his money’s worth from a buffet! My only gripe is that the car park is almost totally overrun by police, border security and military, more than it was last year. When we were parking we kept being told to park elsewhere due to spaces being reserved, but there was no signage at all saying where you can or can’t park

Weve used this hotel for years when it was Ibis. It has definitely gone downhill. The rooms are looking shabby, Aircon none existent so the room is too hot to sleep. Breakfast is basic, not good produce & scrambled eggs must be powdered because they dont resemble eggs, they are disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel now is the location.
