Great location, impressive interior, polite staffs. Lunch, dinner options in the hotel would have been great.

There is no arrangement for food like lunch/dinner. For balcony room they charged extra amount other than booking amount. For extra mattress also they asked to pay extra money but i denied the same. How make my trip booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids with single bed as per their hotel management. Otherwise stay is good.

Review at heaven's gate villa, Coonoor was okay. The room provided initially did not match the expectations. The management later accommodated in a different room. There should be a bare minimum arrangement of beverages at the stay in absence of in-house kitchen services (except complementary breakfast. Getting lunch/dinner ordered online was neither in the list nor was expected. Laid back service was another shortcoming.

This place is awesome. We had a pleasant stay. This is situated in a calm and clean place yet very near to the sights. Staffs are accomodating. Special thanks to mr. Ashok for his guidance and hospitality. Food is good and very homely. Our 4 nights stay was worth it.

I had a pleasant two-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing and very relaxing stay. The staff was very helpful in all regards whether it's proving taxi or ordering food. The homestay does not serve lunch/dinner so we had to order it. We requested for early check-in but due to unavailability they couldn't assist us with the request but they provided us with a temporary room to freshen up and also upgraded our room.

It was a great staying over this place. Nice garden at the top of the hotel. Best view of hills from the place. There are hardly a cons at the place. You will get everything what you expect at a hotel. Cons: they do not have an option to provide evening snacks or dinner. You cannot have breakfast at your room. You need to come down to have it. However, the breakfast was awesome.
