Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds Bedroom 4: 1 Twin Bunk bed (top bunk), bottom bed a queen bed. ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ There are 2.5 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. ☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. Whether relaxing on the dock and sipping coffee or lighting a fire during sunset, theres something for everyone. A Kayak on the property with a life jacket. Catch and release fishing directly from the dock. You can bring your own fishing poles as we do not provide it. Hammock for lounging. ☆☆ COMMUNITY☆☆ Throughout the year, our Playground, Basketball Courts, and Fishing Lakes remain open for use daily from 7 AM until dusk. The Swimming Lake and Pool area The hours for these areas are as follows: Swimming Lake: 7 AM - Dusk Pool: 11 AM - 7 PM Opens Memorial Day weekend (weekends only until 2nd week of June). Open daily all summer starting 2nd week of June. Closes Labor Day Monday. Please note that all swimming areas are "Swim at Your Own Risk," as no lifeguards are on duty. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire property via keyless entry. Other things to note: No smoking No parties No fireworks Quiet time: 10pm - 6am Minimum Age Rental = 25 Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
