Do not stay here the front desk clerk was very rude when I asked to get a new pillow because my roommate and I both had bloodstains on our pillows they told us they didn’t have any and then hung the phone up we’ve been here for 2days now and room service has yet to come and put new towels in the bathrooms we travel all over for work by far this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at

This was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The elevator had a very bad smell. The bedspread had a big black mark on it. There was blood on the bedroom curtain. The bedroom door was broken. The doorknob on the bedroom and bathroom are broken. The living room curtains are ripped. The light fixture in the bathroom are dirty and it look like something was spilled on the wall. When we checked in we were informed that the was a $100 hold, just in case. No problem, I understand. When I looked at our account late that evening, the had taken two $100 deposits. When we went to check out, we told the lady about the clerical error. She informed us that they knew about that. She said that there system does that and they didn’t know why. She said that we agreed to it when we signed the form. We told her that we signed for $100 hold, not $200. She said it didn’t really matter because we would get it all beck. Yes, we got it all back but the point was that that was not what was agreed upon. I told her that if they knew that was an issue, then they need to tell people beforehand. She had me email her all the pictures and told me that the owner would be contacting me. That never happened.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with this chaotic situation. Called to book the room with jacuzzi since I was seeing my husband for the first time in 6 months (he was over seas) also our anniversary and the first time we will be alone since having our son. I literally called so there would be no error in booking and after arriving I walked in the door and immediately knew I wasn’t in the correct room. I call desk and said I think we are in the wrong room she says king suite non smoking and I said yes ma’am but I called to book to get the jacuzzi and explained it’s an important weekend we only drove so far and booked bc of that specific room type. She said nope not gonna get the jacuzzi so I asked about changing reservations or rooms and again very short not kind and no was pretty much all I got so I said okay I’ll call about canceling and going to the next town over… she replied to say u already checked in so we aren’t going to refund on arrival day and neither will the booking company… incredibly rude I’ve cried and been on the phone for two hours in the parking lot at 10 pm and still not receiving any proper help or assistance

Let me start with the staff! All of them were the most friendly and accommodating! And the heated pool takes a load off when trying to entertain kids while on the road! The breakfast was also above expectations. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated, the staff make up for the difference.

My daughter (10) and I were verbally abused by the one and only Kitchen staff member after I informed her the coffee was out. She was "busy" because she was cooking her OWN breakfast and could not assist us. Despite taking the high road, and choosing not to say back to her what she deserved, she kept yelling at me and even walking towards me until the hotel desk clerk stopped her. The clerk continuously yelled at the Kitchen staff "to stop talking" and to go back to the kitchen, but the Kitchen staff continued to verbally abuse me. It was the most insane hotel situation I have ever had. I Additionally, the room floor was disgusting. There was a wet spot outside of the bathroom that appeared to be urine. I threw a towel over it (it was late or we would have changed rooms) and just went to sleep. The phone was completely worn (frayed at both ends) so it did not work. It was also not plugged in to the wall. There was also a small tear in the comforter, but that was not a big deal. Sheets/pillows appeared clean. There was an old chair in the corner that also appeared to be stained.

Room was dirty experience was not this time will not be happy without looking at the room beforehand next time. We always stay and talk about how good this place is. But now since we were treated this way I'm not sure if we would even stay again. Watched people check in that was treated differently with a dog. No fee. So when I asked about my Dog was told I needed a fee not okay. Unfair treatment. And the other treatment was no good

I really enjoyed the hospitality, clean room, and à real delicious hot breakfast. The Country Breakfast is worth the stay. I must say I was impress, relax, and comfortable with the rooms and the hotel.

First stay at a Country Inn. However, I won't be staying at any of the Radisson Hotels. I wasn't impressed upon check-in, as there was nobody available at the desk. No clock in the room, no where to hang a wet cloth, no luggage rack. Breakfast was good. But for the price of the room, totally not worth it!🙁

The hotel staff were nice enough, but I was unable to get my room serviced. I stayed 5 days. I requested service on day three and day 4. I specifically went to the front desk twice and was assured it would be done. Those promises were not kept. I suspect the hotel is grossly understaffed. I couldn't call down to the front desk because the room phone did not work. the room was rough around the edges. I wouldn't recommend stay here not unless you are in a pinch.
