We stayed at a deluxe room that had recently been redecorated and it was very good. Everything was new and had an upscale feel about it. The resort has really a lot of options for children to have fun and keep busy. Our children had an amazing time making many new friends. The staff are very good at making sure that kids have fun. The communal areas are good, clean and well kept. The main restaurant looks nice and the buffet meals offer a good range of choice. We had a good time and felt it was very good value for money. The only down side was that since there is unlimited alcohol included in the price some adults were drinking a little too much.

Fomos em família e amamos! Com certeza nós voltaremos. A comida é gostosa, tem bastante coisa pra fazer. Uma pena que não deu pra conhecer tudo rs! Ah e o melhor cappuccino que já tomei foi na cafeteria do Vilarejo! Fui com meu bebê de 1 ano! Espero voltar em breve. Não fomos ao cinema, e a piscina aquecida mas acredito que quando voltar vai dar pra conhece rs!

Esse hotel é espetacular! Tudo é perfeito. Quartos limpos e organizados. Comida deliciosa, muitas opções tudo fresquinho e muito bem arrumado na mesa, além da limpeza. Eles repõem o tempo todo. Café da manhã também maravilhoso. Lanches, petisco na piscina, bebidas o dia inteiro.. é realmente all inclusive. O hotel é limpo, recreação maravilhosa, piscina limpa, funcionários ótimos.. Nossa eu só tenho elogios. Gostamos muito mesmo. Não vejo a hora de retornar. Sabe aquele lugar que vc vai pela 1° vez e se encanta, pois é, foi assim nesse lugar encantador. A cafeteira é um charme a parte né, linda, tudo gostoso, e já incluso na diária. Achei tudo perfeito mesmo.

Ótima experiência!! O caminho para o hotel é muito bom e fácil de chegar. O sistema é all inclusive (bebidas também), você só paga pelas aventuras (cavalo, tirolesa, arvorismo). Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos (menção honrosa para a Tia Coruja que é super paciente). Atualmente o local tem dois parquinhos para criança, sendo um a recém-inaugurada Vila Dino (super legal e temático). Para quem vai com criança é um acerto!!!! A piscina infantil é climatizada, a piscina para adultos não, mas tem outra piscina aquecida. Por todo o hotel tem comida. Eles têm uma cafeteria que é super charmosa e tem cafés maravilhosos!!!! O café da manhã, almoço e janta são muito bons, sempre com reposição e bem servidos. Na parte da alimentação, tem uma área para crianças em introdução alimentar, inclusive, o horário é diferenciado, tudo pensado nos pequenos. O hotel é muito limpo e os quartos são ótimos. Fiquei na ala 400 e foi excelente. Sempre tem atrações a noite. Fomos no período de outubro e teve uma festa de Halloween, que foi muito boa! O local todo decorado com cuidado e capricho. Visivelmente cada detalhe foi pensado para agradar. O check in precisa ser melhorado. Quando você chega junto com todo mundo gera uma demora muito grande para entrar. Com certeza voltarei!

O melhor hotel fazenda do Rio de Janeiro para quem gosta de comida e bebida farta e ee qualidade. Quarto amplo. Limpeza diária. Frigobar abastecido com água mineral. Recreação variada para todas as idades, de 3 a 99 anoe. Música ao vivo, de qualidade, em diversas noites. Comida distribuída em diversos pontos e não apenas nos horários de cafe, almoço e jantar. Atendentes sempre solícitos e felizes. Destaque especial para cafeteria, com diversos tipos de café em local que cnta a história do hotel, e para fazendinha com lindos locais e muitos animais típicos. O hotel é enorme mas está sempre limpo! o unico senão vai para a porta do banheiro dos quartos da Ala 600, onde fiquei, que não tem puxador. E o grupo Vilarejo é dono de diversas lojas de materiais de construção. Falta de atenção? Sugiro o pacote de segunda a sexta que tem o mesmo custo de sexta-domingo….

Espetacular. Tudo maravilhoso. Pessoal da recreação muito alegres. Mesmo com tempo de chuva eles nos motivaram. Choveu bastante, mas tinham outras atrações. Comida maravilhosa. Funcionários muito simpáticos e hospitaleiros Limpeza nota 10. Voltarei com certeza

Estrutura do quarto boa, roupa de cama boa colchão e travesseiros bons, toalhas péssimas, ásperas e manchadas, recreação fraca, estrutura área de lazer pequena mas muito boa do outro lado da estrada, alimentação alternando comidas excelentes e outras nem tanto, café da manhã bom, porém a manteiga ser servida em bolinhas numa tigela de água gelada achei bem pouco higiênico, mais de uma vez vi crianças pequenas pegando a manteiga com a mão, o destaque positivo além da imensa gentileza de toda a equipe, foi a festa junina, muito legal e animada, a melhor que já fui em hotéis fazenda

Espetacular como sempre. Comida maravilhosa, serviço impecável, público diferenciado. Estacionamento próprio com manobrista, acessibilidade em todas as áreas, várias opções de comida (vegana, vegetariana, sem glúten, introdução alimentar). Em nenhum lugar fica muvuca pra pegar comida, tudo sempre tranquilo e civilizado. A festa junina foi um senhor evento. Vale cada centavo.
