I don't know about the other units, but ours, lower level in Bldg. 1 was really bad. It's out of date and run down. Drain in main bedroom tub was super slow. Didn't use the other tub. It was a 2 b, 2ba with kitchenette, dining and living room. Everything was super outdated but functional. Surface cleaning was fine, but they never deep clean. Blinds and windows are filthy. Walls haven't been painted for probably 15+ years. This was a last minute time share exchange that we had to pay for at a discounted rate. Temps in early July around 100 degrees during the day. Not a lot of shade either. Nice pools, but didn't go in. It was too hot and sun was so intense. Golf clubhouse restaurant was OK. We were booked Sat-Fri. Air quality in room was so bad we left early on Wed. I stopped in at the manager's office and advised the air vents in the rooms were disgusting. The vent shafts themselves were lined and coated with thick crud that looked like blown in insulation or pillow stuffing. I started getting sore throat and irritated lungs. When we first entered the big condo we had to immediately pull out the numerous floor fans from the closets and open the sliding door to air out the place. One floor fan was filthy, full of pet hair. He said he wasn't aware the vents were dirty and that he'd add it to the list that never gets approved. I told him this had nothing to do with updating or redecorating, this was a health hazard and he should get the vents cleaned asap. Then he acted dumb like oh, I wouldn't know who to call to get something like that done. Funny, I recall him saying he'd been in management for 20 some years. Then I also advised the track lighting glass that ran along the length of the kitchenette needed a good cleaning too. The edges of the clear glass were coated with brown thick grease. He said he hadn't noticed. I told him because it was in the kitchen, it was a fire hazard. I don't even know if I would have been able to tolerate the bad air quality even if we weren't limited to staying in the room because of the scorching hot temps. If the other units are better, then it wouldn't be bad. Also, even the outdoor lights were out. Pitch black to go up and down the outside stairs to get to the room. At least this so called manager had some money to replace the bulbs which he did. Typical blames it on management that they don't want to put one cent into these units because they're trying to get rid of them. If I was a timeshare owner at this resort, paying annual maintenance, I'd be furious. By the way, the club house restaurant was pretty good, but even in there, right above our table, the air vent had all sorts of black junk hanging out of it. Gordon Ramsy would have spotted that in a second. NO QUALITY CONTROL. It is a gated community and we don't golf but unlimited golf was available for free, not including the cart, and pool access and a few other club amenities were also included.
