We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was located in a great area. We walked almost every where we needed to go. A casino is a 5 mins walk up the street. STK restaurant is right on the corner along with a pizza spot. Our room was very clean and gives a luxury feel.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at O:LV. This was a very different experience for us. We don't normally stay at boutique hotels and this hotel lives up to its "boutique" reputation. The front desk staff was amazing always asking if they could do something for us. The food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the pool on the roof top had a beautiful views of the Condado Lagoon and cityscape of San Juan. Location is great within easy walking distance of good restaurants and the beach. Be advised, the bedroom is smaller but the bathroom was HUGE. Only negative we experienced was the requirement to keep the room temperature at 70 degrees or lower due to the humidity. That was cold for us. If you want to treat yourself to a very unique experience this is the hotel for you.

Day Pass Review My husband and I visited the pool on a Day Pass on 12/23/2024. We had a cabana in the upstairs area. Next time we visit Puerto Rico, we would like to stay at least one night at the hotel as the reviews are high and the lobby decor makes it seem higher end. Positives: - The day we visited there was only 3 other people there. This made the experience more tranquil. We would have liked to experience the party atmosphere, but still had a wonderful time during our visit. - Plenty of loungers - Towels were provided - Water station to stay hydrated - The hot tub was perfect temperature! - The food was good Negatives: - No beach access - Water was freezing cold in the swimming pool, so we only got in to about knee level. - The handrail leading into the pool is not secure. As this is a safety hazard, I hope the hotel fixes this. - Only restroom access is downstairs and then indoors through the restaurant area (only one male and one female restroom). If the location had been busy, having only one stall each would be inconvenient. - Beverage service was SLOW! No excuse for slow service when there were only 5 customers in the whole place.

We stayed for 1 night in a portrait room. Stunning design, super clean, fantastic front desk team. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. My only stroke was not getting great service while we were upstairs. We had to chase down the waiter to order drinks is on the rooftop lounge area. Other than that no issues and highly recommend staying here.

The plumbing and condensation issue in my room was the cause of an unpleasant 2 night stay. The room was not as fancy as the website described and the extra pillows were never delivered. In addition, the restaurant staff was not attentive and did not seemed like they enjoyed working in the service industry. The supervisor Jay did receive my feedback well.

When traveling, it's important to stay local. Especially when visiting other countries. And the best part, this hotel is part of credit card point programs. So, there is no excuse to not book! A locally owned hotel (and hotel group) run by exceptional staff. Aranxa and Kritzy went above and beyond for our family. Room service and cleaning were top notch. The food at the upstairs restaurant was exceptional, and offered some local cuisine. The downstairs restaurant had private parties every day and night during our stay. So, we sadly were unable to visit. Edwmar and valet opened doors for us continously and made sure our luggage was loaded. An exceptional team! I did not want to dock stars, as this is locally run. However, I do want to be honest about the rooms. Due to design of the hotel, the rooms are an ecochamber for sound and light. Please bring a white noise machine (or three) and black out eye pillows. Due to the noise, we were unable to sleep - as you hear every elevator ding, when it passes the floor, and any noise in the hallway and within other rooms. We did attempt to use our phones and noise machine all on loud but it didn't cut out the noise. There were girls screaming and slamming doors every night of our stay. While it was miserable to go without sleep, the staff were exceptional.

Terrible hotel and staff. They took money twice off our credit card and refuse to refund. In addition the ventilation system doesn’t work and moisture streams down the walls of the rooms. Do not go near this place, they do not respond to our claim for nearly $4000 illegally removed from our credit card

I came to Puerto Rico for the first time with my sister and friends. This hotel and staff made the trip so much better. Staff was attentive and very helpful and amenities and security were a plus. Josue ensured that our stay and departure went as smoothly as possible, will definitely recommend!
