Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - Concordville

The stay was fine The beds were Very comfortable. The heating/cooling unit could not be turned off; a rather old unit I think. So that was a bit aggravating. The bathroom did not have a soap dish which I found odd There were plenty of lights/easy on/off switches The TV .must be relatively old as there are permanent white spots in the picture when it is on The breakfast was good.

For us the location was great! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal. The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight! The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjustments to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common. An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked. Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.

The evening front desk associate and housekeeping supervisor Karen have miserable attitudes and complain about customers alot especially ones with disabilities. Alot of toxic drama and complaining. It's very common in the hotel industry for hotel workers to go after guests who they perceive as weak and vulnerable like people with disabilities. Very pathetic because they don't realize that the guests are paying customers regardless of their status in life. If they don't like dealing with guests especially ones with disabilities then they are in the wrong type of work and should go find another job.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Getting to the parking lot proved to be a little tricky, I was always coming from the wrong direction and could not cross the divided highway/road to get to the entrance so I had to drive farther down until I could cross over and get back to the parking lot. The first two nights were very quiet, the third was a Saturday night and the sports teams descended and it was much louder but we were able to sleep. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. The first two mornings the breakfast was the standard choices including bacon, the third morning with the sports teams the breakfast was better stocked and the protein was switched to sausage. The front desk did place a hold on my credit card when I checked in and I received a notice that my card was charged twice, it did resolve when I checked out so that there was only one charge on my account. It was about a 20 to 30 min drive to the PHL airport depending on traffic and it was about 40 min into Philadelphia the day we drove in. There was a Texas Roadhouse just a few minutes down the road and a Dunkin Donuts right next door. I would probably stay here again if I was in the area because the price was much better than being closer to Philadelphia.

Very clean and updated hotel! Great customer service and very comfortable beds! The indoor pool was an added bonus! Very friendly and helpful staff and an great breakfast! Definitely recommended! Walking distance to a couple of fast foods. A few minutes drive to downtown! Best value in Concord.

My family and I had a great stay here this past weekend for our baseball tournament. The staff is very friendly and they went above and beyond to be sure that our stay lived up to our expectations. When it comes to the rooms, they are very nice an clean we had no problems at all. The beds are very comfy! Not to mention they have breakfast every morning and a fitness area. If you didn't want to eat breakfast at the hotel or the restaurant they are connected to, the hotel is located in a great area that is filled with many other food options, both fast-food and sit down. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Convenient location; excellent staff and management. Their newly renovated guest rooms and banquet space looks amazing. Very clean hotel and the best are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I travel often to the area and always stay here and I'm never disappointed.

The manager, Christina, and Cara at the front desk were very friendly and professional. They helped me with all of my needs. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and is in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel for overnight stay and any business meetings as well.

Upon our arrival the staff was so friendly and helpful to our needs. Our room was extremely clean.The bathroom was spotless with an adequate amount of towels. The bathroom shower provided great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and provided us a good nights sleep. Our stay met all our expectations while visiting the area. We will definitely return for future stays!!
