Very clean, they left enough bottles of water in the room, I loved the view, the restaurant food was excellent,

We didn't stay lost money. We call for a room one the first level. Do we have a wheelchair. There are only ramp to go enter and to the restaurant. So we left.

The restaurant was excellent food quality and options, kitchen open with access to meals during all the time. Service excellent: friendly and always accommodating your requests.
Hotel could improve: no table to open/ rest your luggage to unpack. No garbage can in the room, This morning I had no hot water, very annoying
Front desk didn’t respond and My husband had to get dress and get a maintenance person to fix the problem. The problem was fixed immediately but too late for me since I had to finish showering with cold water

Lovely location in pretty town
Breakfast starts at 8am .. way to late for hikers and no option for a takeaway breakfast
Ordered steak in restaurant I asked for it rare and it was well done
My Room was next to restaurant and very noisy esp with local live singer who tried hard but didn’t sing that well - she used a microphone and was very loud
I couldnt get French doors or windows to close and staff unable to help

Tour of el Salvador
the stay was very pleasant , Only discouraging issue there was not hot water and the drainage system in shower took awfully long to allow next person to shower (over 2hrs.) to drain

Wash cloths would be nice and an up charge for things like jelly at breakfast was a little ridiculous. It is a lovely property though and the staff was great and we enjoyed our stay. An English menu would be an extra nice touch

Great room with very beautiful views. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area, their food was great - especially the coffee and the chicken soup.
