It is a beautiful property, but it is on a steep hill making it a little tough to get luggage in & out. We stayed in the villas which gave us room to gather as a family, but be aware there is no AC. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool, but the restaurant was closed for dinner both nights we were there (Sunday & Monday). They did direct us to use the app Glovo to order food for delivery. We were able to get some meals using that both nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

As we were attending a family wedding here, we decided to stay in an apartment (villa) for a few days. We had a very warm welcome from the guy on reception, who was really helpful throughout our stay. The villas are all detached and very unusual looking as can be seen in the photos. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was incredibly spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. The complex is beautifully kept and fascinating to wander around. Although it was absolutely full, it was amazingly quiet most of the time. However, be warned that the weddings can go on until 3:00 and the noise is incredibly loud. We were attending one, so not complaining! The supermarket is about a 15 minute walk or very short drive away and the beach a 30 minute walk. The ancient pazo is fabulous inside and the grounds are beautiful. We didn’t have chance to eat there (4 days of family celebrations - anyone who has attended a Spanish Boda will understand the amount of food involved!) This hotel is where we will always stay midweek when in A Coruna in future.

Although listed as a hotel it is not a hotel per se- more like a self catering family holiday park, albeit an up market one. Our travel agent booked it for us as part of a tour around northern Spain. We had requested only 4 or 5 star hotels. The grounds are beautiful but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, in particular the waitress on the terrace on Saturday evening. Originally we thought it was a language barrier issue but the next day at breakfast she was just as rude - in fact the word we would use is hostile!!! She was surly and severely lacks customer service skills. The receptionist when we checked in could also do with some training in customer service. The property is in a residential area and the restaurant isn’t open in the evening. You can’t even get a soft drink after 8.00pm!! When we did ask for a drink whilst waiting for a taxi we were made to feel like we were asking for the impossible! We were given a one bedroom apartment which was like a tin box. Although it looked quirky it was like a greenhouse! It was stifling and there was no air conditioning. Really - metal room without air con????? We were so so disappointed with our visit and would struggle to recommend it. In all honesty we couldn’t wait to leave. We were so disappointed that we will be suggesting our travel agent thinks twice before booking any one else a room there!!! Not impressed!!!!

Estuvimos hospedados en uno de los apartamentos. Puntos negativos: El mantenimiento es casi inexistente, "limpian" y poco más. Si eres exigente, piénsatelo dos veces. Ignoro cómo serán las habitaciones del hotel. El personal, casi inexistente, rozando lo desagradable. La piscina acorde con el resto, mal mantenida, con hojas, bichos e incluso algún plástico. El desayuno... flaco favor a la gastronomía gallega. Ni un tomate rallado, tostadas de pan más anchas que la rendija de la tostadora y más detalles que indican una grave falta de cariño... Puntos positivos: Los jardines y entorno muy bien cuidado. Está situado muy cerca de Coruña y te permite hacer diferentes excursiones a otras localidades sin "comerte" el tráfico de Coruña. Muy mejorable.

Muy mala experiencia. Elegimos este alojamiento buscando tranquilidad y nos encontramos con varios eventos y bodas organizados por ellos mismos, siendo imposible conciliar el sueño en todo el dia. Deberian informar de esto al reservar y no lo hacen, he leido otras quejas por el mismo motivo y lo peor es que les da igual, a 200€ la noche es una vergüenza que pase esto y siga pasando y no pongan solucion alguna porque prefieren embolsarse el dinero y aguantar la reseña y la hoja de reclamaciones que emitimos a la salida

100eur la noche para encontrarte atrapada en eventos de boda sin poder descansar, desconectar ni dormir. El sitio se dedica a celebrar eventos y nadie te avisa. Ni de antemano para que puedas cancelar, ni cuando llamas para avisar la hora de llegada, ni al recibirte, ni nunca. Me vuelvo a Londres cansada y estafada. Llegamos la noche del viernes y un evento estaba transcurriendo que duró hasta las 3am. Hasta ahí soportable, pero luego, al día siguiente nos disponemos a dormir la siesta y 4 pm empieza la apertura de la siguiente boda: el incesante piano, el discurso de apertura, los detalles íntimos de cómo se conocieron. Volvemos al hotel a la noche, 1am y el evento sigue con música hasta las 3am. No es música de vecino. Es música de bodorrio. Igual escuchas a Rafael, que el reggeton de moda o el tractor amarillo. Esta es la Paz y Tranquilidad que te venden en la web. No fuimos los únicas perjudicadas. Detrás de nosotras, una familia con hijos estaba también reclamando. Te escuchan cual cura de iglesia y te despachan. El servicio de atención al cliente es malo

O local é impecável, lindos jardins, tudo muito bem cuidado, café da manhã maravilhoso. Atendimento nota 10, apartamento confortável com bom aquecimento e cozinha completa. Amei a experiência, com certeza voltarei Recomendo. Excelente custo/ benefício
