We are still at this hotel it's the second time being here we have booked an accessible room as my husband is in a wheelchair. From the to having breakfast we cant find any fault this hotel We always book prrmier inn This hotel was a good bace to be as it's close Bangor holyhead Anglesey and a few other places

Awful, this is my second night in a Premier inn (different ones) where the wall mounted heater clicks as it heats. Staff member provided electric heater instead (top man). Ultimate WiFi paid for less than 1Mps download speed and connection very unstable, yes I am in the furthest room away but it should be as good in this room as it is in any other I have paid the same money I should get the same service. You need to sort the WiFi in all your hotels it’s rubbish definitely not Ultimate more like geriatric. I now have to explain to my boss why I can’t do my paperwork when he is paying for the ultimate WiFi thank you very much!!!!

Booked in nice place plenty of parking space very friendly staff the food next door evening meal was okay but breakfast was very good with plenty of choice & fresh food served I was on the meal deal . Very nice rooms and comfortable with amenities

This used to be a great place to stay but it's really gone downhill. Reception staff were very good but a bit offhand. They were also a bit miffed when they discovered we had been told to just walk in to the neighbouring Brewers Fayre, whereas the reception staff had been told to get as many people booking as they could. We stayed in the annexe. The entire building was freezing cold, including our room. Try as we might, the heating was useless - we could set a decent temperature but cold air alternated with hot, so totally ineffective. Our room and the corridors were very clean, so thank you to the housekeeping staff. We liked the little covered perspex box with tea/coffee/milk and also the new glass mugs. However, that's the positives. Whoever decided it was a good idea to relocate the tea making equipment to the former dressing table area? No room to lay out makeup because of the kettle etc, and the hairdryer was still located under that shelf so you are brushing/drying your hair over the tea things. The bed sagged in the middle. The spare pillows were not sealed in their bag, making us question whether they had been used. Having to enter and exit the building right next to the smoking area was very unpleasant. As for the neighbouring Brewers Fayre - well, that was shockingly bad in all areas from service to food. The staff there had no interest or care for their customers. I will do a separate review for that. All in all, we would never stay there again.

Nice hotel staff ,easy check in .Rude and ignorant restaurant and bar staff.Luke warm food at breakfast and cold coffee.long queues at the bar while,and loads of items ran out on the menu.Impossible to get a uber,bit out of the way .Don’t think I will stay here again

This hotel is fabulous. Needed a stay due to no water in the vicinity for two days. Room was very clean , warm and cosy - Dan on reception was fantastic. Informative, helpful and a credit. Offered bottled water. Had breakfast at brewers Fayre next door. Best ever. Fried eggs so fresh and perfect. Nat , manager was amazing. Accommodating, polite and explained all the set up and asked about allergies. Overall. A great experience

Stayed here a few times recently and the majority of times I've been checked in by Kay on the front desk. Always greeted with a smile etc... The rooms are lovely aswell especially the pillows. They cater to whatever you need be it extra towels etc Excellent team of staff

Perfect base for a family wedding, hotel staff were first rate and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in North Wales. Staff excelled at looking out for less than mobile family member in one of the ground floor accessible rooms. Well done Kay and the team.

Good location. Very nice hotel. Food and drink at Brewers Fayre. Good but the bar closed at 10pm which meant we had to go to bed early. Suggest you take your own drink. Excellent breakfast, fairly busy and a queue at the toaster. Good checkout time up to 12 noon.
