We have been going to colva , Goa every year for nearly 30 years and always stayed in Goa tourism owned Colve Residency but this the Goa government decided to demolish and then rebuild it as per modern architecture and design so they stopped taking online bookings from june 1st . i decided to stay in this hotel and made my booking though i had my fingers crossed but as the location was equally good as colva residency i felt i can take the chance . ............... And WOW , i was pleasantly surprised when i reached . Riya at reception gave us a warm and quick check in smiling all the time . i was very happy with the room i was alotted ....nice , spacious , clean bathroom with AC , fridge and tea /coffee maker . They have a in house car / bike rental facility . Nice restaurant and a bar and sufficient parking . GM Manoj is very nice and cooperative . Perfect place to enjoy your morning dip in the beach and enjoy the evening food stalls at colva circle in the evening . We shall definitely come again next year .

food is always not on time and sometimes not available, please don't include breakfast in your package, waste of money if added

cleanliness is poor, no food facilities available till evening 7.30 pm not even tea. room has broken table, bathroom accessories were broken. room size is good but ceiling were peeled off...not good experience...ok ok

The hotel did not correspond to the pictures at all and therefore we cannot recommend the hotel. The furnishings are old, worn, unhygienic, dirty, and insects crawl across the bed and the floor. The “please do not disturb” sign was happily ignored by the staff and they knocked anyway. Even after saying “no” several times, the same question would be asked again and again.

The AC in my room was not functional and also the phone. While in the other room the fridge was not working. The room cleanliness and the linen cleanliness can be improved. The staff was good and very helpful especially to address these issues.

property looks good and is at a walking distance from colva beach, the problem with the property is that no proper cleanliness and cockroaches were there on the tables even on the bed and washroom. Hygiene is a concern.
