I recently stayed at The Urban and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is a perfect blend of modern design and comfort. The location is unbeatable-close to key attractions and surrounded by great dining options.

The construction currently going on makes this already tucked-away building a TRICK to find, but free Jeni's ice cream and a private garage pretty much makes up for it. Make sure to call the front desk for clear directions, especially if arriving late at night.

Great setup with lots of common areas. Near everything OSU. Rooms are small but have everything that you need. Parking included, which is a big help. Will stay there again.

環境很不錯

The elevator was down for my stay and I was on the 6th floor. The hot tub was also broken and the construction across the street made it impossible to get to the building. For such a tiny room, it’s not worth it, even for the proximity to campus. I cannot recommend it.

Getting there is pretty hard especially on a rainy evening. Norwich Avenue is one way. Norwich Avenue is a combination of mud, crushed rock, and occasionally pavement. The door to the parking garage is not on Norwich Avenue but is on a narrow drive on the other side of the building from Norwich Avenue. The room key opens the garage door. The opening operation is a wet experience in the rain. Guest parking looks like it is at level P1 but it turns out to be at level P3. There is no breakfast but paper cups of ice cream are available at the desk. The door to the shower can be made to work without leaking with difficulty. A Kroger is close. These is an area with tennis courts adjacent to the building. The TV is set to some kind of preview mode that times out after about nine minutes. The bed drops down from the wall. The ventilation is three or four inches from the bed. I liked the accommodation for the price but the guest must do so much work that a stay is a less than fully enjoyable experience.

This hotel is like a student dorm, the room is very small, there is no safe in the room and there are no housekeeping services The garage is very good and covered quiet area, and microwaves in the room

The Urban was cute compact and extremely clean. You have a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge. You are in walking distance to restaurants and stadiums. I did not drive I just walked to my destinations and my concert venue. It was safe and secure and everyone was friendly and nice. This is a college area so there are many college students mixed with the visitors and tourists staying there. I would stay there again.
