Location to airport convenient. Front desk staff not helpful with general questions - they refused to contact me in my room using the room phone or my cell phone when my grandfather arrived to take me to lunch - he has no cell phone - luckily, I literally went to the main desk to ask a question and he was sitting in the lobby just waiting as they would not assist him. I totally understand confidentiality - having owned a resort myself - but they could have called me on the hotel phone and alerted me that I had a guest without giving any proprietary information about "me"- that's all they had to do. If I was NOT expecting anyone, I just would not come to the general lobby. WiFi /Internet was spotty and continually breaking connection. TV had to be "re-set" each time it was turned off. Had an additional , not disclosed daily charge added to my bill for the use of an in room safe - even if it was not used. Had to request a refund which took a week. Towel set up was short in the bathroom upon arrival, had to go to front desk to get washcloths - floor was not very clean in bathroom. "Suite" furniture is old, stained and very uncomfortable. Hallways needed a good vacuum cleaning.
Breakfast offerings were generous and fresh. Has the ability to be a great location - just need owners who care.
