We checked in late on 9/13. While the bedroom was fine, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It clearly hadn't been cleaned properly and should never have been rented out in that condition. There was mold in the shower, grime and moldy floor tiles, dirty and chipped toilet, the ceiling was filthy with paint chipping . It made it unbearable to use. I addressed it at the front desk and checked out a day early because it was repulsive. The Front Desk Supervisor, Jennifer told us we would still be charged for the room because we booked it for 2 nights and did not cancel 24 hours in advance . She did not care to even look at the room. She told us that only management could offer us a refund and she could not check us out because the system would not let her since it was a 2 night reservation . She dismissed us and told us to email management. As instructed, I have emailed management, the general manager, the assistant manager. I have left two telephone messages with no response, no apology or any follow up. I went so far to contact the management company, Valley Hospitality - and no response from them either I expected much better. I encourage you to never stay at this property, or any property managed by Valley Hospitality. I gave them several opportunities to make it right. I am not one to leave reviews. However, being that I was treated so poorly, it’s the only way to express my disgust and warn future people considering this property
