Good central place to stay in Colorado Springs.

I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy elite member for quite some time, and I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. During the second night of our stay, we realized that someone, not us, had blown their nose in the comforter. Upon further inspection, we noticed blood stains all over the comforters and duvet covers. We brought this to the staffs attention and took the comforter and duvet off the bed and put it onto the floor as instructed by the cleaning staff. Shockingly, when we returned that night, the same, dirty comforter, and duvet cover, were placed on the bed. Laughably the cleaning staff had left a calling card, not 6 inches from one of the blood stains. When we brought this to the attention of the Bell staff, we were told that no one was on duty and we would have to make the beds ourselves if we wanted to clean sheets. To make matters worse, they had no extra comforters available, so we had to use the temporary blanket on the bed. While, we did not eat breakfast or have any meals at the hotel, during our five day stay, we did not see any staff manning the in-house Starbucks, during any of the listed open hours. When we brought these points up to the receptionist that appeared to be on duty, she informed us that it was actually past her shift and the night receptionist had not reported for his shift. She informed us that she would notify the manager, and the manager would reach out to us. The manager never reached out. When we got back to the room on our last day, the sheets that were dirty, were still on the floor. even after we informed the staff that the room was in substandard condition, they still did not clean the room. If I could give negative stars, I would, this place is a pit. You can definitely see the management does not care about this property. This is the worst Marriott property I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Room was hot. Pillows were lumpy and beds old and uncomfortable. Housekeeping never came to make up room. No complimentary food for breakfast. Had to pay for water with breakfast $4 + tax. Would not give us a cup for water. Hotel staff was polite, but overall this hotel was not what you would expect for a Marriott.

Absolutely awful experience. Flight was delayed so they gave me a handicap accessible room. The TV does not work. The sink and tub will not drain. The sink leaks constantly. Bugs present. Just disgusting. I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

I'm a Marriott Elite Bonvoy member and a long time loyal guest at Marriott properties over the year. This is the single worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott property. 1. Staff was extremely sparse. More often than not, there was no one at the front desk while several guests looked around and called for someone. Sometimes, a person would appear. Other times, not. And sometimes the person who seemed to be on duty was instead sitting outside the hotel taking a smoking break. 2. One day I came down for breakfast right in the middle of the listed breakfast hours and there was no breakfast available. That same evening snacks and drinks were posted to be available until 10:00. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening at about 9:15 the bar area was dark. I asked about this and was told "Oh, they closed early tonight". 3. The blackout curtains in my room were ripped at the top with the pull bar ripped off. The lack of pull bar made them hard to close and the ripping made them ineffectual in the morning at sunrise. Having presented these negatives, there are two positives: 1. I like the fact that the TV didn't take over the room. In too many hotel rooms, TVs way too big for the room are provided. 2. I asked for and received late checkout (about 2 hours extension on checkout time).

The bed was super comfortable. The room and lobby were exceptionally clean. The day I was supposed to check out, I had a meeting scheduled for the afternoon and they were very accommodating with a late checkout. I never write reviews, but the reason I'm doing it now is because Antonio at the bistro was FANTASTIC! I unknowingly missed breakfast by an entire hour. Instead of telling me I was out of luck, he fired up the stove and cooked an amazing breakfast for me. A full breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes... the whole 9 yards. Incredible customer service! Give that man a raise!

Marriott brand properties are usually pretty consistent, but avoid this one! You'd be better off at a Motel 6! 1. It took a long time to check in as the receptionist was "on loan". 2. There is no access to printing at this supposedly business-oriented hotel. There's no printer available for guest use. They refuse to receive and print a brief email. They cant print from a USB-C drive. They refuse to enable the boarding pass printer to print documents. 3. The door lock to my room repeatedly malfunctioned, so I had to get a new key three times in a 2-day stay. 4. The breakfast costs extra, but cannot be charged to the room. You must pay separately at breakfast counter. To add insult, the disgusting $14 "avocado toast" contained only trace amounts of avocado on a bed of dried-out kale and overcooked hard boiled eggs with black rings. 5. There's no maid service mid stay. Saving on detergent as well as on toner? Yikes! Stay away!

Worst hotel ever. The beds were worn out and sank to the floor when you sat on it. The pillows were terrible and made out of some odd material. The towels were worn out, way undersized and were rough as sandpaper. There were spiders throughout the room and on the bathroom walls. The hotel was also the highest cost, which is shocking considering the pathetic quality. Marriott should close this property… it is ruining the Marriott brand amd not up to even the most basic standards. Avoid this hotel!

The main entrance is being remodeled so entry thru side door inconvenient. The Bistro was not open due to staffing issues so no breakfast. There was coffee but only flavored creamers, no milk or regular cream. The room is pretty basic and walls are thin. The heat control was problematic. We stayed 2 nights but won't be back. There's better options in that area.
