When we first arrived, we had a bit of a problem however the manager was very sweet,patient and understanding. The room was nice and simple, the bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. Checking out was easy as well and all the staff were very nice and friendly.

Desiree (front desk)was a big help. She went beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. She was very friendly and polite. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future when we are in the area. Pleasant experience and we appreciate her

Desiree and faith were very respectful, well mannered and made our stay at Woodspring suites a 5 star experience. They made sure my spouse and I had a clean room, offered supplies, helped show how to work the washers and dryers etc with such positive energy. The energy and actions they put fourth into there customers including my spouse and I have been outstanding and I will be back. They are very respectful and good employees and I hope to see them each time I come to stay. Thank you for making this stay feel like home

the front desk was very helpful & made sure my stay was very comfortable they treated me with respect & was very polite everyone had a positive attitude & made sure all my needs were met service was amazing well trained staff I will stay again & I will recommend a friend

I truly love this place ! Appreciate all the staff here ! Customer service is very wonderful and they work with you ! Room is spacious , very clean when I check in… washing clothes not expensive here and close to groceries store ………………………………..

My overall stay was amazing. They have little get together on certain holidays when you can meet people that lives around they have pretty big ins spacious.Suites I recommend them to anybody and I would definitely stay again Is more like a efficiency than a hotel in my opinion I loved it

Been a resident for 20 months and have been through many management changes. I made a weekly payment that somehow failed to process. I would like to commend Faith at the front desk. She spent over 2 hours researching my issue. She contacted the Woodsprings help desk and found the issue. Customer service at its best!!!!!

I had an amazing experience here the staff amazing the new GM she was great her name is Carmen she greeted us a warm smile we had just an overall great experience. Desiree was amazing always had a smile and was ready to help. Donishia also made sure we had an amazing experience.
