Located on the Point, and right where you want to be. Take a seat on the porch rockers and enjoy your beach views. It's a 1 block walk to the beach, and 3 blocks to restaurants, brew pubs, shops, marinas, and even a tiki-bar. Time to start enjoying.

House is originally from 1910 but was renovated in 2019, and finished up in 2024. We are ready to welcome you to our our golf cart community with both historic charm and modern amenities. A lovely cottage to relax and unwind, an excellent choice for your getaway.
2 ground floor bedrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. Large kitchen, with a table for 6. WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound. You are in walking distance to the beach/river. Also, there are many eating places of all kinds, brewery/coffee shops, and yes, even ice cream. We will be back!!!

Quick getaway

Beautiful home
