The hotel and rooms is stunning and clean, having recently been refurbished it’s incredible. Location of the hotel is amazing, 5 min walk to a supermarket/gift shop and less than a 10 min walk to the most beautiful beach in Europe. Hotel backs into its own little beach with steps into the sea. We went snorkelling here bought some cheap kits from the shop and had a great time, lots of fish and nice corals. Little town about 15 min walk everything you need there and locals are great and then about 25 mins walk is a big harbour with lots of food choices, shops and ice cream parlours. Big shoutout to Joel at reception—that guy's a legend and a real asset to your hotel. His awesome hospitality and good vibes were a highlight for sure. Also, thanks to the young woman at reception (didn't catch her name, I think she was a new member of staff, however I could be wrong), she was super polite and helpful. We visited as a surprise for my partners birthday and the staff were great. Room was decorated amazingly and kindly gifted a bottle of Cava which was nice and refreshing. I would definitely recommended this little hidden gem before prices increase and becomes a lot more popular as it really is amazing hotel. We was always able to get a sunbed no matter what time of day we went down and there was no sun bed run! Food in the restaurant and snack bar was 10/10. It wasn’t your typical basic all inclusive, they had the basics but always something different, food was hot and tasty. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending to anyone we speak to! The hotel has been done up but not very well , door hits wardrobe , no bidet, no full length mirror only bathroom mirror .. no kettle , no phone , But what was more disappointing was the reception staff , in particular one woman really was a demon. Black curly hair called Lola and went out of her way to be unhelpful, and says hotel facilities scooter charging and she didn't let my scooter charge and I am disabled .. everything was a row. Some staff were lovely but a quiet a few were outright unhelpful and didn't feel welcome. Won't ever go to Majorca again and then got hit with people tax at the end as well. Not happy holiday makers thanks to them !

We needed a short break ( 5 nights ) and this hotel did the job ! Friendly & helpful staff on reception. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom was fine but shower cubicle was a bit on the small side & would benefit from a small corner shelf for shampoo etc. We were on the 4th floor with great views across the bay. Our booking was half board and the choices during breakfast and dinner were really good , in particular the dinner choice as whilst some items did not change there were many main choices that did ... the belly pork was superb. Main pool area was fine but unless you got your towel down before 9am you could be disappointed. Plus there is a really good rooftop bar. Perfect spot to watch the sun go down whilst you sip your G&T. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel, clean and smelled fresh, rooms were comfortable and spacious, bathroom was beautiful and had complimentary shower gel, hand wash and body lotion, room was cleaned daily, staff were friendly and inviting, great idea with the water being cold on tap in the corridors, the pool was small and shallow but adequate and the children’s dragon pool looked lovely and the children using it seemed to have fun, the sky bar was a lovely way to see the beautiful sunsets and spend an evening, we didn’t see much of the evening entertainment it seemed to be popular, the only downside I could find was that there wasn’t enough drawer space or coat hangers but overall I great hotel at a great price, would definitely recommend and use again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the hotel was excellent, the room was great , all the staff were really attentive, breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed the sunsets on the roof top bar , we would definitely go back !
