It was unexpectedly DIRTY. We didn’t have any time to change hotel, so we had a nightmare facilities. Photos for you to understand(

Very bad experience! I have already payment at trip.com, but they said no record for my reservation, they need i pay the money again.

Very convenient to scenic spots

おしゃれなバーなどが付近にあるせいか、外から大音量の音楽が聞こえてきて夜はとてもうるさかった。部屋は簡素、共用のバスルームは結構掃除されていて清潔でした。ドライヤーもあったので助かりました。

Staff is not accommodating. I booked Queen bedroom so that me and my husband can sleep together, but they gave us twin bedroom, said that is their standard “queen bedroom”🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Not recommendable hotel sorry

Make my trip came to know about the hotel, location is fantastic, rooms very good but no window, i had book early check-in but they did-not give me room till the estimated check in time,

No water provided, poor quality rooms, fake reveiws. The reception staff was not helpful will not recommend to anyone

My stay here got off to a rocky start after I found out the parcel I had shipped to here (which I had told the staff multiple times about beforehand) wasn't accepted by them and instead they turned it away. My reaction to that was rude, and I apologize. The package was retrieved in the end and even if it hadn't been there's no excuse. Sorry for behaving like a Karen. The hotel was nice (I stayed in a private room with private bathroom). Only negative thing is the location is surprisingly isolated after hours. No bars anywhere nearby as far as I could tell. Even had trouble finding Diet Coke (my drink of choice unfortunately) which is unpopular in Sri Lanka, but not "you have to get on a tuktuk for 5 minutes to find it"-rare in most cases

Everything good like ac good room clean bathroom good but lockers lock not available 7 minutes walk to colombo railway station

Pros: the room was clean, the towels were clean, and the a/c worked well. Cons: no window, there was a leak below the sink on the bathroom floor, and the safe didn’t work. It also made a noise bc it was broken, so I had to put a pillow over it and close the door to the cabinet it was in so I could sleep. I didn’t see one other woman around, only men working there and staying there, and there was no extra security lock on inside of the door as an extra safety measure.

Good affordable hotel, pleasant helpful staff even when arriving at 5am. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Central to pubs, restaurants, transport and banks. Provided information and maps and happily arranged transport. Free water on arrival and tea when needed.

It's near by colombo bus station from one km. Room is excellent. Services was good. It's near to galle green beach, port, railway station. Staff was friendly and good

Worst and not cleaned bed sheets overall experience not happy to stay in this hotel but the hotel located in center of colombo

Good experience and all staff good behaviour loction is very good over all everything is perfect good
