Lovely venue and service is good with added staff for areas which are very busy.

five star hotel with 0 service! 1. Got a call at mid-night and a man is moaning via phone. 2. Called the front desk before arrival and they hang up our phone by pretending forward the call 3. Got some emergency situation and wanna see if could cancel the booking, the hotel put us on hold more than 24 hours, ignoring nearly 10 ties followups, however they reply us within 30 minutes once my friend check-in. The hotel put our request on hold by using lame excuses like manager is on leave, manager is in meetings, manager need to get approval from upper level…. Understood if the booking can’t be cancelled, however, how they operate and react is definitely not meet a 5 star hotel standard.

酒店似乎剛剛開業一個多月 硬件基本達標 床也算合格 服務挺熱情 也算努力 但管理有些混亂 遠不如外資管理的那些。希望工作儘快熟練起來 酒店自助算很不錯了 26層的意大利餐廳也可以 但房間服務的品質有待提高 要論性價比來説 這家算很高了

24年12月開業的，總體來説還可以吧，但是一樓沒有其他5星酒店有安檢，房間的細節也還欠缺，可能是還比較新的原因吧，但是住了7個晚上可以看到有在慢慢改善。頂層的酒吧也不大，泳池關閉時間比較早，整體來説跟其他同價位的老牌比差了些，但是早餐很豐富！

服務：服務很棒，很乾凈 衞生：衞生挺不錯，酒店沒有抽紙 設施：新開的酒店設施都很齊全 環境：酒店26樓游泳池面朝大海，5樓全日餐廳也不錯

It was very good experience and customer service was excellent and Damsara was very good and Sithara in the Ahara restaurant. They had full attendance for us and whenever we need assistance they war there. I would like to highly recommend this place. Rate 5 out of 5

I participated dinner buffet on 10/01/2025.It was an excellent service and good customer service from Staff members of Ahara restaurant ( Damsara & Sithara) very supportive guys. I highly recommend this restaurant not just for its delicious food, but for the top-tier service that makes dining here a truly special experience.

We visited the ahara restaurants at amari hotel colombo for the lunch buffet the food was delicious and a lot of cuisine varities were offered..the sevice was also excellent special thank for the restaurant waiter mr bimsara very friendly. Super sevice thank you mr bimsara.. We are looking forward to dine here again thank you very much

We had Lunch in the "Ahara Restaurant ". The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food at the restaurant was good and the waiters were polite. The Hotel is open recently and after lunch we just went to see the rooms and it was perfect. Very clean and organized everything in detail and set up was superb. Hotel looks very clean and very peaceful. Definitely i will come back & i will recommend Amarai Colombo for all travelers.

My girl friend and i went for dinner at the amari hotel.thank you to everyone at "ahara" restaurant.including mr Damsara who helped celebrate her birthday today .this restaurant offer delicious food excellent service ..😌🙏 thank you your lovely hospitality

Visited the buffet for lunch with colleagues from work. Was pleasantly surprised by the good selection of food on offer. Took some time to explore the hotel and look at the shuttle of Colombo. This is a good spot to visit and chill, especially in the late evenings.

A new hotel thats opened in Colombo and I would say its a lovely place to stay in. We went there for our anniversary and the suite we booked was spacious, nice ambiance with clean surroundings ! The staff was super friendly as well. The food was great and overall I would highly recommend for you to book this lovely hotel if you prefer good quality five star service and delicious food!!
