I chose this hotel as I have stayed on other visits to Cologne. Very disappointed to find my room had no suitable curtains to cover the window. No electricity in half of the room so I used an extension cable I borrowed from reception. The bathroom was partially renovated but had bare cables coming from the wall. I approached reception concerning the problems and was promised my room would be changed the following morning. I approached reception in the morning to be told they would not change my room. This was due to other complaints and guests having to move to a sister hotel. Clearly, this hotel is undergoing refurbishment. However, unfinished rooms should not be let. I have asked for a refund and fully expect a suitable response from the manager. This hotel used to be very good. What has gone wrong???

Stay was ok but even for 3* I found various factors very upsetting; #1. Stairwell main fire escape ALL doors were wedged open!! Is this legal?! #2. Entering the room my first impression as a stained seemingly worn out carpet looking disgusting!! #3. Using the toilet I found I could not close the door because the toilet IS IN THE WAY!!! *******!!! #4. The safe for my keys, money and passport was BROKEN and impossible to use - no handle, no batteries. This gave me a worried feeling throughout my stay!!! #5. THE TELEVISION DID NOT WORK - and it seems HASNT WORKED FOR WEEKS!! Outrageous and in breach of your contract. #6. A small but simple point to correct - a missing bedside lamp shade. #7. Finally just a point of service with the lady serving breakfast noisily clipclooping about in her shoes as well as being surly and noisy with serving and clearing breakfast Please find relevant photos attached! I now expect some compensation for the lack of a tv nor safe

Water at the shower clogged. Had to wait around 10mins before the next person could use it. I booked a family room, and I think have very little family room available. So, we were assigned to stay at Level 5. Somehow, the lift is only upto Level 3. We all had to carry out heavy luggages up the spiral staircase. Staff was quite friendly.

Breakfast was very good and of course with location

I am speechless and wowed the hotel was built in 1264 and is in the most prime location with such good breakfast

Nice place. Simple rooms and nice breakfast. We really liked the gothic interior and it was great for the price! Only thing is that the carpet wasn't super clean and the bath towels were a little yellow. Overall a nice stay.

一開始看評價有點擔心這個酒店，但是單人間它比較便宜，忍了。位置還行，一站公交車到大教堂，在路邊比較好找，當然睡覺的時候靠路邊多多少少有點吵，另外隔音一般（走廊有動靜能聽見）。床還是有點不乾淨，床墊很軟，入住的時候前台女生服務不錯。房間內沒有煮水器要自己買礦泉水回來喝。酒店早餐也還可以，自助式，比較豐富，這個價格我覺得還是值的

Also für das Geld ist es Ok. Aber der Teppich ist in die Jahre gekommen und mift entsprechend bisse. Viel darf man auch für diese Preisklasse nicht erwarten erwarten. Für Schlafen und eine Nächte ist es Ok.

科隆的酒店不管幾星級，床永遠是小的，電梯小，早餐一層不變的麪包，奶酪，色拉。

Ich muss sagen das das hotel nur zum Schlafen in aorsung war. Allerdings würde ich dort auch nicht länger bleiben.

真的非常非常差勁，首先酒店非常非常古老，門口很小，邊上還有X用品店，單獨女性出門很不安全。訂的是雙床，給了一個很小的大床，跟前台協商，死活説就是大床，對預訂單上two single bed 的文字置若罔聞。然後説這是你們希望的不是事實，衹有大床，攜程交涉後給了雙床房。房間一股味道，洗澡水下不去，還會漏水到處都是，地面也沒有地漏，房間暖氣也是壞的，要求換房也不能換，住了一晚就逃走。奉勸大家不要訂。

Buena ubicación y personal amable. Nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales (reservamos una con cama doble) que resultaron ser colchonetas con muelles que se salían. Probablemente fuesen de algún sofá cama muy antiguo. Tuvimos que quejarnos dos veces para que nos cambiasen de habitación a una que era como la que habíamos reservado. La chica de recepción fue amable y comprensiva, pero tuvimos que insistir mucho. En cuanto al desayuno, es extremadamente básico y para nada como en las fotos: solo tostadas con embutido, café bastante malo que te ponen en una jarra y yogures. Nada de bollería u opciones calientes. Si lo encuentras a buen precio, puede ser una opción, pero no pagues de más por este hotel viejito.
