This was a very bad experience for us. We were, as a family with a kid, part of a group. Normally, this leads to being first to receive the keys or cards for the room. Here, it started not that way - we were last, the even started to check in other travelers while we were told that we had to wait. Also, the reception had not prepared the group arrival as usual, they had to fill out the cards (giving you a 6 digit code) while we were waiting (with a kid). Other hotels are normally prepared and have the cards for the group normally ready to handout. And the end it was clear that they had given out the family room to a couple (part of the group), and had not more rooms for family available. But they did not confess this quickly, the seems to had tried to find another solution but failed - so they gave us a very small room and said that they would deliver an additional bed later. As we saw the room, we complained at our group lead, showing the size of the room. So she complaied back to the reception for us. They also had found out in the meanwhile, that they also had no additional bed available. So it ended up that that couple, which had started to take a shower / using the room, had to move out and we had to move into a semi-used room! Also, this lead to the situation that we new their room access code and they ours. Additionnaly, after paying the bill we wondered a bit about the sum. Home, we had to found out that we were billed 50Cents more than on the booking confirmation for each breakfast. The breakfast was quite ok, besides that the single coffee machine was a big bottleneck
