This condo is located in the gated Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club with membership if desired at an additional cost. Master includes a king size bed and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom includes two twin beds, guest bath with shower/tub combo. TVs in both bedrooms as well as the main living space. This very clean unit includes a beautifully updated, fully equipped kitchen, with a eat in kitchen area as well as 3 stools at the breakfast bar and a dining room table in the living room. Washer/dryer in unit. Minutes to downtown and beaches. Community pool and tennis court/pickleball court. Great job for a first time rental
When I checked in I learned I was the owner’s first-ever renter in this home. Nevertheless, the owner made sure everything was good to go for me, even when the HOA and golf club made me jump through a lot of unexpected hoops.
Owner was accommodating and communicative. Comfortable, well appointed home. Parking is conveniently close to elevator.
