Una notte con la famiglia per un concorso a Torino. L'accoglienza alla reception è stata cordiale e il check in rapido. Salita nella stanza l'abbiamo trovata in buone condizioni e pulita (una bella rinfrescata però non farebbe male), così come i servizi. La zona è abbastanza silenziosa e con i letti comodi abbiamo passato una buona notte di sonno. La colazione è stata molto piacevole: ottima scelta al buffet e un addetto gentile e sorridente, cosa che aiuta a iniziare bene la giornata. Il vero punto forte dell'hotel è la posizione, in una zona piena di parcheggi e a 10' a piedi dalla stazione della metro. Onesto il prezzo pagato.

Hotel situato in un punto strategico di Torino con camera pulita e confortevole. Colazione ben allestita e personale disponibile. Disponibile parcheggio per auto. Ottimo per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se ripasserò di qua, terrò ben presente questo hotel.

Entro in questo hotel e cominciano i problemi: dapprima la tv non funzionante in camera, che mi viene cambiata con quella accanto in cui devo traslocare tutta la mia roba, segue, il mattino dopo ore 6 il riscaldamento malfunzionante per cui mi viene data la stufetta della reception. Ma arriviamo alla giornata di Pasqua: esco a comprare un cabaret di paste da mangiare dopo pranzo e un cous cous della Bounduelle. Rientro in camera, dopo aver condiviso con la reception menzione dei miei acquisti. Vado in camera, poggio le mie cose e, vedendo che ci sono le pulizie al piano, scendo dopo aver augurato pure "Buona Pasqua e buon lavoro". Quando dopo circa mezz'ora rientro in camera non trovo più nè il cabaret nè cous cous...e dopo aver cercato invano per 2 ore cosa mi ritrovo? Cabaret e cous cous mangiati e aperti buttati a terra nel parcheggio auto proprio di fronte. Non ho davvero parole, perché la risposta della reception è stata: "Noi non li conosciamo", un bello scaricabarile!!! Devo conoscerli IO per te??? Anticipo ovviamente la partenza di un giorno che, meno male, mi viene restituito e, dulcis in fundo, dopo aver avuto i soldi indietro, ho dovuto levare le tende in fretta e furia, con 1 ora di anticipo sul check out scritto nell'ascensore! Robe da pazzi, vi ho avvisati!!!

Purtroppo devo dare una bruttissima recensione, in questo momento alle 23:00 sembra di stare in discoteca perché sembrerebbe che una scolaresca faccia quello che vuole con la musica a tutto volume. Per 2 volte ho chiesto di farli smettere ma inutilmente. Per me questo albergo vale zero assoluto

Struttura che si trova alla periferia di Torino, però la metro si trova a 5 minuti di camminata. Non parliamo di hotel di lusso, però mi sono trovato bene, personale gentile e ti accoglie con un sorriso, camera minimal ma pulita e silenziosa. Colazione abbondante. Inoltre, parcheggio disponibile, sia interno (pochi posti) che esterno su strada

Esperienza pessima, mai vista così tanta sporcizia in una camera di hotel, polvere ovunque, CIABATTE Piene di muffa, cuscino che puzzavano di muffa, aria in camera irrespirabile, pur essendo entrati dopo che avevano appena pulito la camera, allego le foto a dimostrazione di ciò che ho scritto, naturalmente non ci passerò più nemmeno dalla strada, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Purtroppo un viaggio di lavoro sta diventando un incubo… la stanza non era quella prevista a causa di un precedente cliente che aveva reso quella designata in prenotazione inutilizzabile, pulizia della stanza a malapena sufficiente e inoltre da due giorni impossibile dormire fino a oltre mezzanotte per i rumori provenienti da altre camere dell’hotel. Il personale impotente nel far rispettare un minimo di regole di convivenza ai suoi clienti. Evidentemente la struttura è in declino ma sicuramente lo è la sua clientela, il mio precedente soggiorno in questa struttura non aveva lasciato un’impressione così negativa. Purtroppo da depennare per il futuro.

La stanza che ci hanno dato era sporca e i letti avevano le lenzuola stropicciate. La colazione era molto minimal e la maggior parte del cibo era confezionato. Non riesco proprio a capire come un hotel del genere possa essere un 3 stelle!! Per lo meno però il personale era molto gentile. Da non tornarci mai più!!🤦🏻♀️
