The hotel is close to the airport but quite isolated from everything and there is nothing around the hotel. They charge for everything, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. Restaurant is onsite but that’s the only place you can eat. Again, nothing is around the hotel. No fee breakfast . Water in the tub was never kept. Facility is so old.. For the same price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much better

The staff was great and hotel was clean and looked very nice. You are in the flight path at the airport so can hear the planes but that also means you are super close to be able to catch a flight after your stay.

Lighting poor. Good place to overnight. Had a couple of code pods in room but no cup top drink from.

When I booked the room there was nothing indicating that I had to pay $18 per day for parking. They never cleaned the room

Facility was the nicest in the area by far. Any staff encountered during our stay were friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the lobby area well taken care of. Shuttle to airport was both friendly and efficient. Definitely worth the price as it’s very affordable. Will definitely be a return customer when in the area or flying out early in the morning.

Waited forever for hotel shuttle as lack of communication and front desk not answering the phone. During the return trip to airport I was told that because I was traveling international it would be a $20 charge to be taken to that terminal. So unprofessional . Bar was nice to have, room is spacious.

With any business, if your team aren’t performing it affects the bottom line! Everyone we met was polite and cordial. The room was clean and nice. I really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. Next time, we'll consider renting car because Lyft became costly going to and from Downtown Atlanta. Otherwise, we would stay there again.
