An amazing hotel, brand new done to perfection. Excellent location for skiing. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The spa is amazing the food exquisite!! Very clean and most of all the stuff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We shall certainly return

Hotel Recort is perfection in every way, from the location overlooking the most stunning mountain range in Europe, to the most stylish, natural interiors and highest quality cuisine. However what really sets this small boutique hotel apart are the staff - a young, energetic team led by the most personable GM Deborah, they are the most genuine, kind and passionate team of people we have ever encountered in any hotel around the world. From the restaurant staff led by the wonderful Robyn - each and every one of you went out of your way to make our holiday a trip of a lifetime, every request was met with ‘ of course that is no problem at all ‘ they always go above and beyond. The food was sensational, with a good balanced choice each evening, and of the highest quality produce. Now onto the charming reception staff who greet you with a big smile, they are genuinely interested in your day either on the slopes or hiking in the area. To the housekeepers who quietly glide around the hotel keeping it pristine, it really is the cleanest hotel we have ever encountered. Not forgetting Guila in the spa - the treatments are out of this world and Guila has such a beautiful way about her. The spa itself is better than we could ever have imagined, the images do not do this place justice, it is a haven of tranquility overlooking the snow capped Dolomites. Our only fear is this small, perfect hotel will become a very popular choice in the glorious Alta Badia region even giving the Aman a run for its money, so we have booked again for July and will be counting the days for our return. Wat een mooi en fijn nieuw hotel onder de leiding van Deborah. Bij aankomst een smile en een lekker welkomst drankje. Echte het hele team van Recort zorgt voor een fijn verblijf. De wellness is prachtig en staat onder leiding van Gulia. De massage van Gulia is just Next level. Go and enjoy a massage.

In hotel alla Villa sono venuta da esterna con un'amica per la Spa, bellissima!!! In questa zona non ci sono Spa dove puoi accedere da esterni Poi ho fatto un trattamento con Giulia ed è stato strepitoso. Torniamo anche domani , anche a cena 🫠

Siamo state all’hotel Recort come esterne e abbiamo provato diversi trattamenti, dove Giulia ( la ragazza che ci ha eseguito i trattamenti e i massaggi) è stata bravissima nel farci sentire subito a casa e regalarci dei momenti ti di puro relax. Abbiamo trascorso anche qualche ora nella loro spa, ben organizzata e spettacolare. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fermarci a cena dove abbiamo degustato delle portate davvero ottime sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale eccellente, che ti fa sentire a casa e super disponibile, cucina davvero strepitosa. Che dire torneremo sicuramente a goderci altre coccole.🙂

Hotel aperto il 5/12/2024: nuovissimo, curato nei particolari ubicato in una posizione con una bella vista sulla Valle verso Corvara. Abbiamo notato disorganizzazione celate da sorrisi e gentilezza di uno staff giovane, forse troppo. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e funzionali. La zona Welness molto scenografica e chic…peccato che non vi sia personale di supporto e salviette a disposizione per gli ospiti. La colazione è ok e varia, con prodotti di qualità…. peccato che una mattina abbiamo atteso lo yogurt terminato alle ore 9.00. Sulla cena serale non ci siamo. Nessun buffet di verdure o altro, menù con scelte molto circoscritte e talune volte abbastanza basiche. Una nota di favore per la cena di fine anno ben gestita in termini di qualità di servizio e qualità e quantità delle portate. Negli ambienti comuni curati ed eleganti non si respira quell’atmosfera dell’Alto Adige, dell’alta Badia che abbiamo respirato ed apprezzato in altri hotel di pari categoria della zona che frequentiamo da svariati anni. Non sono sufficienti, anche se apprezzati, sorrisi e gentilezza per far funzionare l’hotel di questa categoria.
