Het hotel is goed gelegen, naast winkeltjes waar je tot 22 uur kunt kuieren. Pendeldienst om het kwartier naar hun privé strand met bar en ligzetels. Prima . Poetsdienst in het hotel is in orde, elke dag is de minibar gratis aangevuld . Wel een groot MINpunt van de kamer zijn de keiharde matrassen waardoor je na een week enorm veel rugpijn krijgt. Eten in het restaurant is lekker, gevarieerd en verzorgd. Het ontbijt is net iets minder… weinig zoete dingen, eerder hartig …., maar ook geen bacon bvb. Ik kan het hotel wel aanraden , de all in formule is dik OK , cocktails zijn lekker…, dit alles voor een correcte prijs .

Otelin yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Sadece soğuk büfe ve pasta/tatlı bölümler daha iyi olabilirdi.

I had a lovely stay at Side Crown Serenity Hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the Vitamin Bar. The drinks were fresh, delicious, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The staff at the bar were always friendly, quick, and professional – they really made the experience enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and clean, and it's clear that the team puts effort into keeping everything well-maintained. However, one thing I missed during my stay was some kind of animation or entertainment in the evenings. The hotel could really benefit from offering some light shows or activities to bring a bit more energy, especially for guests staying more than a few days. Still, if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable vacation spot with great service and refreshing drinks, Side Crown Serenity and its Vitamin Bar are a great choice. thank you for kaptan and şuko .

The hotel is in a lovely area , with a beautiful beach close by , the hotel has 2 large pools with water slides, bar and restaurants staff are extremely helpful and friendly pool bar serve fresh waffles , great entertainment team , Chaima and Aron are amazing

**Review:** I’m shocked this hotel has been rated 5 stars – it barely deserves 1! The entire place is outdated and located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by construction sites. The management and reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and lacked any basic customer service skills. The cleaners were the only polite staff members, which says a lot! The general manager was useless and clearly didn’t care about guests’ concerns. As for entertainment, there was almost nothing – just a kids’ disco, bingo (which you have to pay for), and a DJ. Avoid this place – it’s not worth it!

Great all-inclusive hotel, the staff are amazing, food is great, area is just right. Shopping across the road, entertainment is fantastic enjoyed many nights there. Rooms were cleaned regularly, bedding changed a lot.will definitely go back.
