Vonresort Golden Coast & Aqua - Kids Concept-Ultra All Inclusive

The resort is clean. But all finished there. The food is ok, not much choice, same food represented for all the meals. It’s the first time our 2 children really struggled to eat something different than pasta or burger and chips. The huge down of this place is the animation! In the evenings this place is dead! 45 minutes max of very randomly organized games to rush to put the big tv screens on for football! Really hard to keep children occupied ! No music , nothing at all. During the day same story. The most boring place we ever been in! Bingo night a disaster, 3€ to participate with one card. Not a really all inclusive, everything is to pay for! Stuff most of the time indifferent or can’t communicate as not English speaking. Not what we were expecting.

Wonderful Vonresort Golden Coast hotel! We had a family vacation that everyone truly enjoyed. The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and very well maintained. The beach is absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and varied – something for every taste. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything was clean and well organized, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Every thing was good . WiFi in the room can improve. But very good costumer service. Good was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly Will definitely be coming back. Every thing was smooth from the time we landed. Great staff. Thank you

First time visiting a large resort. Extremely impressive site. Everything is spotlessly clean. 2 of the biggest pools we’ve ever seen , with nice music playing. It’s also right in the beach, with a bar and hundreds of sun loungers. Food very good for all inclusive, as are the drinks! Very family friendly. All the staff were amazing to our 2 year old, and couldn’t do enough for her. The weather wasn’t warm enough to use the pools, but they had an amazing indoor pool! The bar is open 24hrs and they had fun entertainment in evenings, games night was brilliant! There’s a fun arcade and a mini shopping centre with clothes shops. A few things weren’t open due to out of season like some of the in-house restaurants and the Irish pub, but they looked lovely. Overall would highly recommend. Such a friendly, lovely resort.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. 😍😍😍 Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly felt at home. It was a peaceful and high-quality experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone..🌹🌹

This hotel is not a 5 star its 3 star or below. we had booked rooms from lastminute when we arrive at the hotel gave us smaller or different one from what we booked when questioned I was directed to lastminute , then rooms are in such a place where there is always some outside noise of people working next to it , next thing room has AC but emits hot air as the outside temperatures were 20-25 but instead of cooling the room it warms the room. when questioned hotel relation tried to say that the central AC is wintermode and not summer mode so it emits warm air which is annoying where we could not sleep when we asked them to reduce the temperature they said they cant as its centrally controlled which is a laughable Joke I was hoping every room usually has control to set the temperature , we could not sleep for couple of days and after numerous complaints they have changed the rooms. which was ok and we could set the temperature and control which I did not understand why some room have own set of temp controls but other do not so we had 2 seepless night by which half holiday is ruined. staff response is slow and you have to push for everything. again food variety is more but no taste and blant and same repetion day by day lunch and dinner as well. water park is good pools are well maintained.
