Alba Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. Everything was okay, food and drinks delicious and unlimited everywhere in the hotel. Competent, professional and friendly service. Mr Zekeriya from the SPA was very helpful, and the masseuses from Bali were professional and communicative. The hotel standard was very high. Regular cleaning in rooms, in the restaurants and at the pools. I really recommended it!

A perfect price performance hotel. All staff are friendly and try to help immediately. All the employees in restaurants and bars always asked if I wanted anything again. It is a very clean hotel with good garden layout. We will back again. We really love garden and staff. Thanks a lot.

The hotel was great very clean and comfortable. The food was good including cakes and fruits. The trips were ok but Jeap Saphari one was the best one. The Italian restaurant was absolutely great delicious food, vino and service. The only thing that was really annoying was the fact that all local shops owners were after our money and some of them were really rude if you didn't want to buy their fake products . Great stay in a great place. The hotel consists of several low buildings located among very well-kept greenery full of colorful flowers. Everything is close, and at the same time there is plenty of space for long walks. A wide, sandy beach with gently shelving beach (you can walk along the beach for many kilometers). Sun loungers, mattresses and towels (changeable daily) are free of charge. Many attractions for children - including a mini zoo, animations and separate swimming pools for children. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day. Changed bed linen and towels. The food was very tasty and varied. Practically speaking, you can eat 24 hours a day with short breaks (we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and were very surprised because we could use the open restaurant and eat a tasty meal). In the restaurant's daily menu, we found a very large selection of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pasta, grilled meats, and fish every day. There was a great atmosphere in the hotel - the staff was very nice, helpful and smiling, without the slightest intrusion. There are 5 bars in the hotel, including one (at the reception) open 24 hours a day. The bartenders were always smiling and the cocktails they made were really great. Even though the hotel was 100% full, there were never queues in front of the bars. There were a lot of Poles and Germans in the hotel. A little less Russian-speaking nations, as well as French, Slovaks, English and others. There are a lot of shops and cafes near the hotel where you can buy everything you need.

Fantastic hotel and resort. I'm just back from a 10 night holiday at the Alba resort hotel, and I can not fault it one bit. I can not understand how anyone can give this hotel a negative review. They are obviously people who should stay at home. The food is excellent, such a wide variety and choice. Barbaque and freshly cooked meats each night. Mash potatoes, chips roast potatoes. Salad bar amazing, vegetarian selection. Pasta's, pizza, I could go on and on. Breakfast freshly cooked omelette outside, boiled fried eggs. Toasties etc something for everyone. Pool and beach bar snacks were fab, freshly cooked burgers, pizza, chips, meatballs and so on. Pools were fabulous one busier with slides and a lovely quiet pool. Plenty sunbeds available. Beach area lovely with again plenty free sunbeds. Rooms clean and spacious. Bar serves 24hr alcohol which is unusual for all inclusive. Pool bar entertainment was good. Drinks fab, great choice including cocktails. As I said I cannot fault hotel. Staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Down road to right Lucky Luke bar shows live sport just ask and they'll accommodate any game of choice. I would definitely go back to this hotel not one bad word to say about it. Only negative if you can call it one is that it is mainly Polish and German guests but everyone was great.

OK were to start .. arrived late and the welcome put us off straight away .. you have to pay extra for the WiFi and the safe in your room .. although it was not mentioned nor stated when we choose this hotel .. tried to see next day guest relations in order to raise my concern and was refused by guest service manager and advised to seek my rep ( which was not onsite as we booked in the UK) then a Hotel Representative from guest service Relations male will not mention his name but his name starts with B …n , was going around pool etc with his little tiny book shirt half of his trousers and dry foam on his mouth asking everyone how they can make improvements.. well he was not going into the issues and basically said best hotel and so on and with safe and WiFi has been since 25 years and talking about his experience.. then seen him with a very nice manager food and beverage at the entrance from main restaurant.. asking how things are B was standing with him .. so he interrupted and was not really greatly listen as he still had his foam at his mouth and had body odour.. stated to the manager my issue and B interrupted yet again .. until I said that I wish not talking to him .. so he was still going on how good the hotel is and how perfectly everyone things the hotel is … until I said .. don’t get me started in how to treat guests, as I work in a very similar industry in guest relation. which seems the other manager felt embarrassed and left .. this B humiliated me in front of everyone.. so back in the lobby drunk woman from Czech Republic’s sneezed and had all snot running down wiped it on one of the chairs then blew more snot in her hand and wiped again on the chair .. reported to reception.. nothing was done as the dirty chair was there next morning and then moved to another area .. lobby furniture dated and filthy .. some staff very nice and rest seem stressed and tired … our room was ok without an area were you can hang Coates just wardrobe.. Balkony not really suited for two people .. facilities very dated .. dining areas outside cramped and table cloths bleached by sun .. It was disappointing to discover that there were additional charges for WiFi and the in-room safe, information that was not disclosed when we selected this hotel. The following day, I attempted to address my concerns with guest relations, but the guest service manager declined to assist and suggested I contact my representative, who was not present since we booked from the UK. A male hotel representative, whose name begins with "B," was seen circulating around the pool area, dressed inappropriately with a half-tucked shirt and dry foam on his mouth, soliciting feedback on potential improvements.
