Adalya Resort & Spa Adults Only - Ultra All Inclusive

This was our first time in this part of Turkey and we did not realise this was a hotel that not many English people stayed at, at all. We had a 10 night stay and we absolutely loved every second of it. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are lovely and spacious, the beds are so comfy, the food and drink choice is plentiful and lastly but no means least the staff....every single one of them are so welcoming, friendly and hard working, nothing is too much trouble. There is absolutely everything you need at this hotel, all included in the all inclusive, you do not need to leave the grounds. All in all we had an amazing holiday and we would not hesitate to return, for anyone who is looking at this hotel, book it, you will not regret it!

22.07 The hotel is amazing. The food is very tasty and varied, the staff is very friendly, always ready to help. A pleasant area and a beach where there are always free sun loungers. This wedding anniversary could have been the best, but we decided to go to the spa to improve the quality of the tan. A cold hammam, in which you were scratched a little, not steamed, and then it's cold too. It costs a lot. Most of all, I was upset by the attitude, like OK, next time we'll make it hotter and that's it. Upset((

We spent an unforgettable stay at the Hotel, the service and food were at the highest level. We attended a romantic dinner at the sea and the atmosphere there was so pleasant, we do enjoyed it. Pool party was great. So i highly recommend this hotel for couples.

The stay was amazing..we had a beautiful view of the sea from the room...the staff was professional and friendly...the services were at a high level...the beach was clean and sandy...gradual entrance to the sea...everyone behaved nicely and with a smile ...rooms always clean and tidy...food tasty and wide selection...everyone could choose...luxury stay for family with children...highly recommend...we love Adalya Resort & Spa...we wish to be back there! ❤❤❤❤

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, clean rooms, great food, fantastic entertainment adult wise or older kids after 9.30. Superb cleanliness of resort by staff,constantly going round clearing up. Lots of outdoor showers dotted around and in the beach. We hired a pier cabana which I would highly recommend, did our water sports on this day the cabana staff couldn’t do enough for you. Only few things that have been the odd negatives are.. The poolside music although great most of the time there are times when lots of songs played with lots of swearing or explicit language in.. ALOT! Not great when it’s mainly full of families with children! The childrens entertainment is all In Turkish. Yes I appreciate we are in Turkey, however as English is the main language worldwide I would have thought it may be at least translated in English. Didn’t engage the kids one but as they didn’t understand or want to join in! They much preferred the 9.30pm shows that were spoken in English and everyone could be included. All the sun beds are taken practically by 8.00am people getting up at crack of dawn to face to get towels on sunbed. I’ve been to places where staff go round taking them off until you are actually up and ready to use,which is a much better concept. Lots of things to pay for even though All inclusive plus! The kids games room,most activities at the kids club,other activities onsite etc.. The above did not spoil our holiday I’m just pointing out things that could be better in my own opinion. Definitely worth a visit though.

The hotel is absolutely stunning if your wanting 5star you definitely get it here when you first walk through reception it really is a lovely first impression. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also lovely, really spacious cleaned very well each day. The hotel itself is very clean didn’t have a problem with the cleanliness at all. As it’s a new hotel to jet2 customers it has been tailored to Other countries particularly their main groups of guests from Germany. However they want to change this and that’s why jet2 are now offering holidays here from England. They are very on board with areas for improvement really value the feedback from the English people who have travelled with jet2. We had a stunning private meal exclusively for jet2 customers from England on a Thankyou/feedback evening. The food we ate was top notch! It really was exquisite, tried things I hadn’t before and wasn’t disappointed. 💡💡So the areas for improvement which some have already been acted on… 1️⃣ Themed evenings in the main restaurant of an evening need to be introduced! The food was very samey!! With little change maybe a handful of items this got very boring after 9 days. This is something that has been brought to their attention and we were told that on our last they would do their first ever Mexican night. 🇲🇽 And I just want to say they really did pull it out of the bag! It was brilliant 🤩 so well done I hope you continue to do this. 2️⃣ The entertainment/kids club - wow this is possibly the worst we have experienced 😱 for a hotel this size as well there just isn’t enough entertainment staff. The ones they do have obviously don’t like their job! They don’t smile, they have no energy, it’s almost like they are being forced to do it. There was one lass long black hair who seems to be main person for kids entertainment and even she who has a bit of energy she was eye rolling all the time taking photos of kids after mini disco practically strangling all the kids with their T-shirt they made at kids club whilst sticking two fingers up for the photos! Honestly I couldn’t believe it. (Someone needs to tell her it’s swearing) they all wear German T-shirts and only speak to German people. So this is definitely something that needs Improving if the hotel wants to attract English people. This is the only holiday where both my husband and daughter (9) haven’t got involved in anything! Sad really. 💡 maybe get more games organised, get the entertainment team to get more people involved. Announce it more. And do certificates for all involved adults and children from daily activities which can be presented after the mini disco. The only entertainment That is good at the hotel is the bought in ones! This includes the pool party which btw was brilliant!!!! The singers, and late evening entertainment. 3️⃣ another area to improve is more non smoking ❌ 🚬 areas. The amount of cigarettes Germans consumed was ridiculous!!! And especially Around the tiny childrens pool where all the sm
