What a lovely tranquil oasis this was after a very long and dusty day on the Carretera Austral. Our rooms both faced the garden and were quiet. The beds and bed linen were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There was a plentiful supply of hot water. We had a lovely warm welcome from the lady at reception and from our waitress in the restaurant. I highly recommend both this hotel and the restaurant. The food at dinner was fabulous with a great selection of imaginative dishes and plenty of vegetarian options.

The staff was beyond accommodating and gracious. The space is quaint, beautiful, new and clean! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable! We would go back just to eat again, the restaurant is one of the best in Patagonia!

Modern and comfortable rooms, great restaurant, and super friendly staff. Whether it's sights to see or travel arrangements to set up the staff will do their best to help you with any query. Cecilia is a force of nature that will solve all your problems including ones you haven't even thought of yet. The restaurant was also one of our favorites on the Carretera Austal.

Welcoming hotel tucked away in Coyhaique friendly staff some with good English. Rooms comfortable. Recently started offering evening meal, worth staying in for dinner, the food is excellent and beautifully presented.

They do everything right, beginning with a warm welcome as you walk in the door, all staff super friendly. Room was large, bright with comfy bed and pillows, good heating, large hot shower, everything you want. All day coffee/tea/biscuits, a great breakfast and bar service. We also had a good dinner herein their restaurant. Costs a little more than some other places, but if you spring it, you can relax. Two notes, wifi really good here, but their parking in a few minutes away. We parked on the street in front instead, looks safe and only half a block from main police station.

We had a marvelous stay here. A room for 2 and another for 4. Staff was attentive and marvelous. Breakfast was perfect. Location close to town square and good restaurants. They also serve lunch and dinner. Highly recommend to stay here.
