Very nice room, comfortable bed, fantastic swimmingpool and good breakfast. To bad the restaurant wasn't open in the weekend but only during the week. We ate in the wonderful village and had a great time visiting Cognac.

Lovely clean and spacious hotel with cute pool and frienfly staff. Buffet breakfast was filling and plentifull. Room was a good size and shower was powerful and spacious. Good lication around a 20 minute walk from restaurants in the centre

I booked this for three nights when coming here for work, working at my computer in the room. Had a very nice welcome, and breakfast was fine, everything you need. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. With the temperature over 30 degrees, however, I felt the room really suffered from lack of ventilation. There's only one light/air source which is a glass double-glazed door. If you leave this open, you're vulnerable (I was travelling on my own; there's nothing wrong with the area but I'm not happy going to sleep with the ground-floor door to my room open). If you leave it closed, you're too warm. There's a fan in the ceiling but it's noisy and it only works when the light's on, so no use for night-time. It's right by the station (which isn't as noisy as you'd think: there don't seem to be many trains, or the ones that there are are very quiet). I was disturbed by workmen getting in and out of vans at 1.30 am but I think they were staying here, perhaps working at the railway. It's a ten minute walk into town. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Hôtel très bien situé proche de Cognac (environ 1km du centre ville). C'est calme malgré la proximité avec la gare. Chambre familiale propre spacieuse et moderne. Piscine très agréable. Très satisfaite de notre nuit Très bon rapport qualité/prix
