Nice and clean, friendly staff, great amenities and lots to do. Beach is a walk away and gold is a must. Downfall...lots of stairs and car parking hard late arvo early evening

It was 54 years ago that we honeymooned in Coffs Harbour so this was an exciting, kids free adventure for us. Our stay at Club Wyndham was 11/10 in every way! From the room to the beds and pillows, it was comfort all the way.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on east coast route towards Sydney. Nice enough and spacious rooms! Good kitchen so we cooked and could manage all our strings ourselves. Place has a basic pool and a nice little basic nine hole golf course. Beach is ok, nothing special.

We were on a family adventure with nothing really planned and flying by the seat of availability. We found a last minute booking and stayed in a ground floor apartment for a few days. Loves: using facilities before check in, ping pong table, games room and pool. Wild life who surprised us when putting out the bins or having breakfast on the deck. Short walk to the beach and the family pool. Trolley availability in carpark, easy access to apartment. Bins and BBQ with sink near car park. Large apartment with washing machine and dryer. Fridge for the shopping and loads of cupboard space for your shopping. Kitchen has almost everything you need including a smoothie maker. Notes: Family pool area is far away from the apartments on the other side of the golf course. Short walk though with low depth pool areas for toddlers and learning to swim. Families enjoy sitting on the underwater edge or low depth for touching the ground. Lots of chase games and paddling fun happens in this pool. The beach is near by, they don’t recommend swimming as it is not patrolled and known to have jelly fish. Otherwise a great walking path and natural area for wildlife including tawny frog mouths greeting you early in the morning at the bins or a lizard at breakfast. Other things: follow the Pacific Bay Resort signs from the highway, then the Club Wyndham resort signs. Coffee and snacks available near checkin. Gym facilities available also and things to borrow or hire. Ask them about a pet fish while you stay. It’s a home away from home including a little mould in the bathroom near the shower soap rack that was slightly rusted and a bed with a dip in it like you may have been meaning to replace for quite sometime. We reported these and hope someone else has a nicer sleep. Kids enjoyed their bedrooms and set up to their comfort. Pool towels in the bedroom and aircon self controlled. Modern furniture and vibrant colour. Our stay was overall pleasant and easy for our needs. We liked being able to do laundry, found the machine a bit small for a family of four and the dryer old and noisy. Grateful all the same to get some loads on while we ventured.

Lovely place located centrally. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Rooms are a little dated but overall very good. Rooms generally clean, but a few items needed attention. Overall very happy with our stay.
