Great staff, they were very helpful in upgrading my room and an early check in. The place was very clean and good sized king suite. The free EV charging was great for my Jeep around town!! The breakfast was helpful as well and good. thank you very much!

SOLO TRAVELERS BE AWARE - Front desk personnel does not wear any ID or uniform to identify them as staff members. - Evening front desk guy seems to be emotionally troubled as he goes on unannounced, unwelcomed rants about democratic presidential candidates, making guests uncomfortable - Upon checking, evening front desk attendant says your room number out loud for the whole lobby to hear. Extremely unsafe practice.

This was just a place for me to sleep on a longer trip, but the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. The shower was hot with sufficient pressure and I was able to pull the shades to darken the room for sleeping. Just what I needed.

The location is within walking distance of a convenience store and numerous places to eat. They have plenty of parking on two adjacent streets if you needed to park a trailer or something, The staff are really nice too. The breakfast says continental breakfast but they had eggs, sausage, waffles and potatoes for hot choices as well as the cold choices.

The hot tub does not work and ask for extra tissue and toilet paper because there is not much on the roll or in the box. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room door key card works great.

Website to preregister is screwed up, staff in breakfast room sloppy and didn’t have on shoes, just socks and none had any greeting…friendly or otherwise and no smiles! Breakfast offerings were poor and scant, coffee lukewarm!

One of the friendliness places I've stayed at. One of the better sleeps I've had as well. Bethany was so helpful when I had made a mistake in my reservation. Was so refreshing to have someone so helpful and understanding. Best Western has made traveling and staying easier with our pets. Most Brands charge more for our pets than for us to stay. We try to stay at Best Westerns when available.

Hallways have food scattered on the floors. Bathroom is not being cleaned and need toilet paper refilled. Hot tub is broken, shower has hair in it, toilet seat had public hair on it and so did the bed sheets implying they were the same dirty sheets from the previous guest who was obviously a ****** and left her wig, wallet, and bra. I'm so disappointed best western.
