Cleanness of toilet need to be improved. Overall is good value of money.

Superb stay with good service from staff. Although the hotel seems slightly old, the warmth service and breakfast really compliment the stay

We enjoyed our stay in sensa, the location is superb easy access from everywhere breakfast was great with lots of choices, the nasi goreng was delicious, I really like the collection of the breakfast tea!!!

Connected to mall, breakfast 👍 but cannot use sandals to the restaurant

I have always loved the location. It is an easy access to food and shopping which is just beside it. I will not recommend you to stay here if you don’t like the mall, which is CiWalk due to the constant traffic congestion to and from the hotel. Room amenities is basic. Aircon can be better.. it’s not cold enough. I feel like the hotel is not doing a good job in maintaining the property over the years otherwise this would have been perfect. Breakfast is great. Wide varieties available and not so stringent on the timing. Have stayed here repeatedly and will stay again. Just that the maintenance should be done properly and consistently for it to be in tiptop condition.
