This was the worst stay I have ever experienced in all my hotel-staying visits. I booked this hotel based on the reviews. Well...be advised, the rooms are not clean, there are roaches, the hallways were never vacuumed the four days my friend and I stayed. Yes, we could have changed hotels. Unfortunately, there was a convention in town and finding another hotel for our price range would have been difficult . After checking in, we went to the room. It looked like someone had been sitting on one of the queen beds (even though it looked made), the ironing board was left out sitting like it was going to be used, the carpets were most definitely not vacuumed well. I went back downstairs to the front desk and told the attendant what I found. He checked out the room, then took us to another one. The second room, the door scraped so hard on the floor I had to try and lift it so I could open it farther to look inside. It was unbelievable that the the hotel wouldn't fix the door. This is a safety issue. If there was a fire inside the hotel and the door was so stuck, the guests might be injured or killed depending on where the fire was located. Heat expands everything. Therefore, the door and floor would also expand leaving the guests trapped. It left black scrape marks on the linoleum. The carpet was a little cleaner, but I didn't look any further since the door would be such a problem. The third room...the pictures will tell you the rest of the story. We did encounter German cockroaches on our second and third days. Thankfully, there were only three. Looking around the rest of the hotel where we traveled, the floors were not vacuumed or furniture dusted. The elevator had an odor and not vacuumed. We noticed that the room attendants looked like teenagers, maybe 16-18 year olds. It's no wonder the rooms weren't clean. I remember when I was a teenager, I hated cleaning even if I got paid a weekly allowance. I had other fun things to do. If you or a friend have stayed at this hotel and the conditions were much better, I'm glad for you. But if you haven't, please find other accommodations, even if it costs a little extra.

EXTREMELY rude manger who lies about damage done to the room Claimed a burn on a bedspread, which I did not cause. Horrible customer service. One of the rooms I rentend had a HUGE hole in bathroom ceiling, where fan should have been. Roaches come out at night and there is a strong musty smell. Avoid this place at all cost.

The room, staff and food were very good. The location was close to interstate and easy to access. Rooms were clean and maintained. Breakfast tasted good and varied in offerings. The staff were eager to accommodate the needs of guests. I highly recommend this well located inn.

Upon arrival first impressions weren’t the greatest.. but it is a perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. The front desk clerk- Amazing! Lobby-look like we were in a different hotel. The rooms are exterior which we loved! The rooms were so nice and how they were decorated was flooring! The shower head was like the thing in the middle and your in a rain storm.. yeah.. like I couldn’t believe it.. and freaking two seconds from i75 and next door to crackle barrel… this is the lorts place

They have bed bugs. Do NOT stay here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else cleaner. This place is disgusting. The kid up front gave us a new room because we were getting bit at 4 in the morning. Regardless, shouldn’t have been getting bit in the first place. Did a little digging, they’ve been having an issue with bed bugs since 2022…

Great customer service and very clean rooms. I didn't get the ladys name that checked us in but she was very kind and pleasant to work with. We arrived 9/30 during the day so whoever you are, thank you! Within walling distance to Cracker Barrel. Would highly recommend.

Found this place to stay to get out of winter weather driving for the night. Was very clean. Would recommend. Front desk was very accommodating. Room is very large. Was pleasantly surprised. Only complaint was found room $20 cheaper on this site but hotel would not match.

The hotel seems clean until you move furniture and get bit multiple times by bed bugs. The girl at the front desk was aggressive and rude when I made her aware. When she called management, it seemed like this is not the first time they have been made aware of bed bugs in their motel.
