great but need a little update the room kind of old

Comfy and clean room. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! Do not stay here!! Roaches everywhere, nasty rooms, creepy vibes, and awful employees. We didn’t even stay the night because there were roaches in our bags and they would not give us a refund. DO NOT STAY!

This place should not be open for business. Check-in yesterday Room 124 and after about 30 min maintenance knocked on the door to repair the shower faucet. After about 1 hour of the maintenance being in the room I left. Came back and shower/tub wasn't repaired. Tried to call front desk and noticed phone was not working. Called front desk they put me in Room 126 and this room was even worse holes all in the bedspread, stains on the sheets and some kind of animal hair . Went back to front desk and they changed me again room 224 thought I was ok but this morning they started working in room below (124) banging and all kinds of noise. Needless to say I will never stay in this place again.

If you like sleeping with cockroaches, this is the place! Horrible experience. No coffee pot. Phone did not work. Unclean. Unruly characters in the parking lot. I was fearful the entire time. Stay away!!!

This is a scary crackhouse of a hotel. There were exposed lightbulbs, furniture with no drawers, huge chunks of carpet missing, stains all over the walls, and people living here in squalor. This is not a hotel any reasonable person would feel comfortable staying in. The scariest part is that there is a mirror strategically placed by the window so that people looking in can *see the bed* from the outside and the curtain does not cover it. We got roped into a reservation via a Priceline package but when we saw how far below standard it was we left and did not stay, but they still charged us. Beware beware beware of this place!

I made a reservation for a ground floor room. When I arrived they said that the only first floor room they had was a "special smoking room". Special indeed, it had a basket of dirty laundry blocking the door, was grossly dirty, the cold water did not work, no chairs in the room, the TV did not work and it reeked of smoke. ********** said the place was pet friendly with no mention of a pet charge, but when I arrived the hotel up-charged me for a small dog. STAY AWAY!

There were some positive aspects to my stay. But I will not use them. When I left. some items, including prescription medicine were left behind. I take full responsibility for that. When I became aware of it at home, I immediately contacted the front desk. She said that housekeeping was gone for the day and to call back the next day. I did. The person I talked to promised to check and call back in 5 minutes. She did not. I called two hours later. She said she would check the room herself and call back. She did not. I called her an hour later. She said she had tried she had tried to call several times and received a message that the number was disconnected. I told her, obviously not since we were talking. By the way, if she wrote it down wrong, she could have checked her records, since I just checked out yesterday. She said she had checked the room personally and the property room and that nothing was there. I asked her what she thought happened, since the bag was packed in the room and not opened until Illinois. She ranted at me saying it was all my fault. I told her I accepted responsibility for leaving things, but that did eliminate the possibility of theft or carelessness by whoever cleaned the room on Friday after I left. I did not appreciate her yelling at me or accepting any other possibilities. For that reason, I will not stay at this place again. Find someone professionally trained in customer service to run the front desk. In addition I should add, I was not pleased. The hotel was not responsible for hoggish guests. But the upstairs patios and hallways were filled with cigarette butts and other trash. I made one desk clerk aware of the situation. I suggested more trash receptacles be made available and maybe signs posted to remind guests to be more considerate of other guests. he barely listened to me. Frankly, I don't know if their some of the front desk people give a damn about customer service or are just earning a paycheck.

Realy bad and dirty motell - bugs - No mirrow- No hangets for cloths ber dark- shoul be closed for renovations- the manager lies all the time- No iron - Security is bad- polis where there now and then.
