Sunrise Resort Motel South

We booked 2 "one bedroom deluxe apartments" as we had 8 people total and each was advertised to sleep 4 people (king bed plus 2 pull out couches.) The rooms only had 1 king bed and a couch (not a pull out.) We had to purchase airmatresses. The manager was not helpful or apologetic about the false advertisement. When we asked to speak to the owner, we were told he lives out of the country and the manager has no contact with him. The quilt on the bed was dirty and stained. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. There were no outlets in the bathroom. We could not get towels after 3pm because no one was there. They were very stingy with the towels and toiletries. There was also no WIFI or laundry, which was also advertised. There was only one broken dresser and no place to hang clothes. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling when anything was placed on it. The mini fridge was dirty and smelled when we checked in. There was garbage and food under the cushions on the couch when we checked in.
