非常安全的地方，也很衞生便利

我感覺非常好，服務也特別好。工作人員特別熱情，當你需要任何幫助他們都會幫你解決。在前台還可以幫你照顧小寵物。我特別喜歡他們一樓的bar，晚上坐在街邊看着外面的街景，非常的舒適。

還不錯，有廚具，買了雞蛋和麪條，自己做飯吃！比較不好的就是早餐，是真的差！到10點了就撤了。總體還行

不推薦入住… 服務人員帶有歧視 不專業而且無禮

Besides the overall grimy appearance of the place, I discovered that Jeff their nightly bartender added an extra, unapproved gratuity to my charge slip! I caught it later when looking over my monthly bank statement and my financial institution quickly reversed it. Is that what's it's come to now, having to look over every small charge slip from a major hotel chain to look for unauthorized slipped in charges?

I stayed here during a warm weather week in St. Louis, and had very low flow AC in the rooms, only cooling if detects movement in the room! That's ridiculous with a room rate over $200 and what seemed like a bunch of high schoolers and uninterested employees taking up space. I can't wait for the AC Hotel to open up a few blocks away from here!

My son and I stayed here while touring Wash U. The room was huge, and very clean. The staff is very friendly. There is a bit of noise from the street and from the hallway, but not bad. The air-conditioning worked well. The bed was too soft for our tastes. I liked that the hotel supplied conditioner in the shower. Parking in the garage next door is convenient, although costs $20/day. I would stay here again. But I do think that Marriott Gold Bonvoy members should be offered free water instead of having to buy it from the market, as well as offered other perks. (I didn't need a late check-out, but this is an example of something that should be offered to members so we feel our membership is giving us something other than a thank you for being a member.)

This is the first Residence Inn/Marriott Hotel I've stayed at in a few years where there is no recycling effort being made! No separate garbage bins in or out of the guest room, and it is clear there's no recycled garbage because you can see the huge single dumpster behind the hotel. Maybe they didn't get the memo from Marriott corp leaders. I wanted also to remark about the staffing and in particular that at the front desk. One employee looked like she wasn't even old enough to be in high school yet and another one, a tall gentleman couldn't take his attention away from his mobile phone to even look up to see if a guest was standing directly in front of him. If you look at the past few reviews on trip advisor, the superior service by a front desk employee listed by someone previously called "Larry" no longer works there. I was told he's gone because of a promised 40 cents an hour raise for working there after a year, was never granted. The other named person listed on one of those reviews "Colleen", is their manager. From what I could personally hear while in the lobby and at the front desk, snide and surly are still very much in fashion there!

This place is relatively new at under 18 months, yet when you arrive at the hotel you see the shattered panes of glass that greet you at the front door, a sidewalk full of cigarette butts and trash on the steps. Then when you get your room or should I say rooms, the fun just begins. I say rooms because there are so many defective issues with them. For example: bedside lighting and window blinds which don't work/defective, AC which doesn't operate unless you're in the room, strong sewer smelling stench coming from the bathroom plumbing and poorly executed housekeeping which left fingerprints, dust and food crumbs on the furniture from the previous guest.
