Welcome to a freshly remodeled family (and dog friendly) home that accommodates a large family on a budget!
Conveniently located just outside of Clarion. Only a short drive away from Cooks Forest, within eyesight of Route 66 bike trail, and a 5.5 mile drive to the nearest Clarion River boat launch.
This home has all the modern conveniences of your home, with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor fire pit with a spacious backyard, and lots of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy your stay! Enjoy the convenience of central AC and heat, as well as WIFI!About pets:Pets allowed: limit 3 total.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Guests should be quiet 10:00pm, to 7:00 am, especially when using the outdoor fire pit area..Please keep vehicles parked on the driveway.
