本次入住情況較差，首先歡迎水果也沒有，其次房間環境比較嘈雜，特意入住前跟前台要求安排個安靜的房間，住進去發現房間內的空調出風口也一直嗡嗡的的響了一整夜（沒開空調的情況下），影響睡眠。

前一天的痛苦讓我在訂第二天的房間時注意了不住在靠馬路的這一邊。對着油菜花田的房間晚上就安靜太多，沒有了車流的轟隆隆聲音。
不過酒店的前台服務是種令人頭疼，辦理速度慢，不瞭解房間的安排，答應給不沿着馬路的房型，但上去後兩間全部錯誤，我衹有又一次跑下去重新換房。。，

晚上到達的時候，酒店前台非常的混亂，辦理速度非常慢，機器操作不熟悉，溝通説多贈送我一份早餐給一個好評，可入住後房間的吵鬧程度讓我決定放棄贈送的早飯也必須寫下真實評價。不僅沿路的車輛一直讓人無法入睡，樓下或是隔壁的吵鬧聲音也不亞於窗外的聲音。另外，我們關了空調，卻仍然還有外機的嗡嗡聲，導致整晚都無法睡覺。
後一個晚上重新定了靠農田的房型就好了非常多。

雙床房臨街，窗户隔音不好，一輛拖拉機開過，會被驚醒。換成大床房後，各方面都好，唯一最大的問題，隔音太差，隔音太差，隔音太差！！！隔壁打個電話，能聽見，隔壁開水龍頭，被驚到，隔壁插個插座，像在你房間的聲音，隔壁開個電視，就像自己在看！一晚沒睡好！

工作人員看見我們帶着孩子，主動為我們升級成豪華大床房。酒店服務人員看見客人都會主動打招呼，酒店設施很新，早餐也多樣豐富。性價比很高的酒店。

很好的房間，孩子們玩的很開心。回家也非要買一個帳篷，每天鑽裏面不出來。早餐比較豐富，距離鳴鶴古鎮不遠。有停車場。

這個酒店挺好的，酒店有24小時洗衣房，因為入住多天，需要換洗衣服，每次打掃房間衞生的清潔阿姨非常熱心幫我把臟衣服拿去清洗烘乾晾曬好還幫忙疊整齊放在床上，真的超級感動，每次回來比較晚沒有見到清潔阿姨，不然真想當面道謝一下😊
