Charming river front home is perfect for a small family or couple. It is a short walk to the beach. Guests have access to the Quiet Water pool (open seasonally) and tennis court. There is a canoe/kayak launch just down a path that people love to walk on as they explore the large Quiet Water property. We have an inflatable kayak and pump for guest use. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a king-size bed and there is a queen-sized bed built into an alcove wall downstairs. Upstairs off the master bedroom is a small sleeping room with a twin size bed. There are two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The house has a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Our guests have a private, covered parking space and access to one additional public space. We have two small smart TVs and full wireless internet provided. We have a 2-day minimum stay. Urbanski House The Urbanski House is a great Ocean View pet friendly home, just across the street from crashing waves and tidal pools, just across the street, (access them at low tide from the state park area just a few blocks south). Also when the winds are blowing from East/No East, watch the mesmerizing Ghost Waves in the Bay. And watching the Whales go right by, is always a thrill, especially when they are bringing their calves back down!! It's close enough to walk to the Village of Yachats or the many shops and restaurants! This house has a wall of windows to take in the fabulous view, from all of the main living room, dining and kitchen area. From the upstairs loft, there is a King bed and 1 twin bed; plus a wonderful claw foot bathtub and vanity, so you can sit in the tub and soak all your cares away as you watch the ocean! Downstairs has a separate bedroom with a new Full-size bed, plus 1 twin bed, and bathroom (with large shower stall).  For those who enjoy walking, you can pick up the Historic 804 trail near the home, which leads to Smelt Sands Park, tide pools, and wonderful geologic sites. Leave the car, since you can easily walk to the Green Salmon, Drift Inn, Luna Sea, Yachats Mercantile, and so many more restaurants and shops!!  Don't forget Fido! The Urbanski House is a comfortable, recently upgraded with all new furnishing throughout, oceanview, family friendly; pet-friendly home, and has been a family favorite for many years!
