It's 2 minutes (walking) to downtown Sisters and has a fully fenced yard, 4 person private hot-tub, and propane fire-pit. Please note that this is a guest suite (or attached ADU). There is another unit on the property that has 1 common wall/ceiling. There are zero shared spaces so it's completely private, but with the common wall there is a potential for some noise from the other unit to be heard in your unit. Inside there is 1 extremely comfortable King size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa that is surprisingly comfy for a couch-bed! The high speed wifi and smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included in the Suite is a full bathroom. This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other). Please also note that the HVAC system is controlled via app from the Host's phone.
