The downstairs offers 1 bedroom and an office area with accordion style doors to provide privacy with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom. 5 additional bedrooms located on the 2nd floor along with the laundry room and two full bathrooms. The garage has been converted into an game room area with pool table and ping pong table, seating and flat screen television. The back yard offers plenty of seating and plenty of covered areas with a covered patio, a gazebo and also has plenty of lounge chairs and a BBQ island with propane and a sink as well as lots of games.Other things to notePOOL|SPA:Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees.
