Wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (built in 1991), living room / kitchen, living room (sofa bed with 140x200 cm bed), bedroom (double bed), WC, washroom, sauna with electric stove. Second bedroom (double bed) upstairs, accessible by stairs from the outside. In the yard there is a cozy sleeping shed with two beds, which are available during the summer from June to August. Flat and spacious lawn plot. Shallow sand beach. The sun shines into the yard almost all day long. 2 SUP boards and 2 snowshoes are available for the gusts at the cabin. Pets are allowed for an extra fee, 20 e/pet. Distances: Maaningan Kasino (dance place) 19 km, Sinikivi swimming beach 10 km, Tahko 60 km, Tarina Golf 29 km.

Hot tub can be rented directly from the owner. Boat slipways 3 km, lake has good zander and pike stocks, berry and mushroom forests adjacent. On Vattusaari in front of cottage is a lean-to and camp fire place. Tahko Ski Resort’s western slopes 34 km, Tahko Golf and SPA 40 km, Rissala airport 60 km. Wild Life Land (Villieläinmaa) game farm, which has captive wild boars and offers meal services 5 km. Grocery 9 km (in summer only) , supermarket in Varpaisjärvi 17 km.

Two electric scooters for rent, shared use of six cottages (inquiries from the owner). Recycling option for metal, cardboard, compost and recycled plastic. The owner invests in solar power. If the final cleaning has not been ordered and it has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged as double afterwards. Distance to the Tahko ski centre is 22 km, to the western slopes of Tahko 14 km (nearest ski lift). There is a spa, restaurants, equipment rental and golf course in Tahko area. 6 km to Varpaisjärvi where is the nearest grocery store, a restaurant, and a lighted ski trail.

The cabin is built of solid logs, linen is used as insulation and ecowool is used as insulation for the upper floor, no plastic has been used in the construction. The nearest neighbor 500 m away. Large grassy plot. There is also a grassy trail leading from the plot to the lakeside sauna. Lakeside sauna with beautiful landscape to the lake Kuvansi. Swim ladder and benches on the pier. Shallow gravel beach which is safe for children. Rowing boat and canoe available on the cabin. Distances: Matkus Shopping Center / Ikea 40 km Kuopio 51 km Vesileppis (spa, ski tube, indoor ice rink) 25 km
