A lovely all round experience. The room was large and comfortable, overlooking the park. The staff delightful and accommodating. Eileen you were so kind and friendly, food delicious and tasty. Our go to Wolverhampton place to stay. Very handy for music venue Newhampton Arts Centre.

I booked this place as a treat for a special occasion however I felt it was overpriced. Toilet seat was broken. The staff banging doors early hours of the morning, and tv was put on about 6.30 in the morning which woke us up. When I spoke to the receptionist about this she ignored me and continued taking my card payment. When I asked if she even acknowledged what we said she just brushed it off ...not even an apology! The customer service I found was quiet abysmal and we wished we had just stayed in a chain hotel for less money!

Cannot praise this hotel and staff enough. All of the staff during our stay were exceptional in their customer approach, friendly and helpful throughout. We (four adults) stayed in the Molinoux Suite, which was perfect for our stay with a nice "small lounge" area where we could sit and socialise. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had lunchtime drinks and a meal in Hamiltons, which was delicious and very reasanable. The cocktails were very good. The location is perfect for town and a £5 taxi journey to either the station or to the horse racetrack.

The staff are so lovely. They show genuine care and attention to customers. They offer a warm welcome and look after everyone with professionalism and diligence. The menu looks adventurous, especially the specials board. Breakfast was spot on, great ingredients, no corners cut. The rooms are clean and large, they are slightly dated, but a full refresh would cost a fortune and not really needed at this price point. Well done all.

Stayed here for a night to attend AED finals at The Halls. Really pleased we choose this hotel. Great location and 15 min walk to The Halls. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a big fan which helped cool the room. All of the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We needed to leave early and it wasn't a problem arranging an early breakfast. This was delicious . Car park at back of hotel. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Wolverhampton and would 100% recommend this hotel .

Extremely disappointed with Afternoon Tea at the Park View Hotel. Had Vegetarian Egg Free option which cost more and had less choice than a regular meat or vegetarian platter. The choice was very basic and not the least bit appetising, limited choice in savoury and sweets. Strongly suggest that the menu be reviewed and a better range of food be made available to match or exceed the other platters. Given that you are expected to pay more for it being 'egg free'.

Booked this hotel as it was about a ten minute walk to The Halls. A few days before, the hotel messaged me to ask if I wanted to reserve a parking spot due to it being busy because of football, which I did appreciate. The hotel is in a lovely spot next to the park. The staff on reception throughout my stay were friendly and welcoming. I was asked to fill out a breakfast menu the night before and I was spoilt for choice. My room was spacious, warm, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was soft and comfy and in the morning, there was plenty of hot water for a bath. Breakfast was so nice and the serving staff were friendly and attentive. I had a great, relaxing stay and would definitely book again if I was in the area.
